Hostile work environment, owners are often engaging in conversation that is centered around their support for Trump, racism, and homophobia.
This isn't a safe place to work, the recipes and food lack quality PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY EVERYTHING IS FRESH (subpar at best), and the owners never take accountability when customers aren't happy.
Ask them about the time when they served customers baked sweet potatoes with maggot infested sweet potatoes.

Lola’s is one of the must dos for us every year for the last 8 years. Never been disappointed and always exceeds our expectations. Truly a Vegas great.
Ate there this evening. Food is very good. Not first time diner there. We were a party of 6 & ordered the king cake & the king cake bread pudding. Their pastry chef needs to either obtain a new recipe or order their king cakes from somewhere else; very dry & tasteless. I make a much tastier king cake than they sell. Call me for the recipe next year, Lola
