The Smash burger at Lola's in the Aria Proper Eats Food Hall is simply unbeatable. While everything in the food hall is incredibly tasty, the burger at Lola's stands out as my absolute favorite. I've lost count of how many times I've ordered it (I'm a local), but each time I'm blown away by the crispy, juicy patty and perfectly toasted bun. Trust me, you won't regret trying it.

My husband tried to order his cheese burger without onions. Somehow it came out without anything. It was an ordering error that I was unaware of. I took it back up and asked them to fix it. They did but the young lady working had a very nasty attitude about it. We paid $66 for two burgers onion rings and a drink. She said we should have checked the order. She should have asked about the order.When the customer is placing and order and makes a mistake it is reasonable that the company correct the situation without a snarky nasty attitude. It appears you are saving money having fewer employees.The customer is not trained to enter the order and ask for changes. But the workers should be kind and helpful when a mistake occurs. They were n the beginning but the last words she shared with me were snarky. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Certainly your company strives to give good customer service. Maybe she needs a class in manners

Very cool place with lots of other little restaurants in the eatery to choose from with a big communal sitting area. The tables are all a bit too small and only sit 2-4 at the most, so if you have a group bigger than that, it’ll be a bit awkward because the tables are spaced weird too. The ordering system is a nightmare. Everybody goes up the counter to order and every time, the employees have to explain that you order with the QR code or across the whole place at the kiosks. If you don’t have Apple Pay or another mobile pay, you have to manually type in your card details on your phone. at the end of all this, the mobile ordering has the guts to ask for a tip…. Takes 10 minutes to get a single burger, no fries, and it costs double what you would think. The water cups are not over at the drink machines, like you would think, but they are behind the counters, where again, there is no cashier to help. Instead you have to wait for the cooks to come and give you one… bad customer experience but good food.

Ok so this was such a hard dissapointment and here’s why. Me and my girlfriend were starving for some good burgers, we did our research and found Lolas. We came in having high expectations, the tast itself is not bad but we got our food halfway to being cold. Fries were lukewarm and the burgers were not hot, they did not feel like they were just made. I don’t know why this happened, it seems they are made to order but for some reason the food was kinda cold. So for that reason itself, the tast is not as great as if could’ve been. Burgers and fries were not bad tasting but getting the food lukewarm was a huge let down for us.

Another place to try out after watching Norma Geli's review.You have to order online for pickup. Not so sure if you can walk up and order? I opted for the Impossible burger with fries and drink combo. Burger was pretty good, but the fries were salty that I didn't end up finishing it.Friendly staff! I'd come back, but maybe not get the fries this time.

I typically don't eat beef burgers but my hubby was hungry. We went to Proper Eats food hall in Vegas and chose Lola's burgers. Well I must say, it was the best burger I have ever had! Toasted bun, tomatoes, pickles etc and the burger itself was char broiled ? Guess I will have to wait until I visit Vegas again before I have another beef burger!!
Wow, wow, wow! I had a little bit of a burger expedition this year, only to be disappointed repeatedly. I would not call myself a fan of the smash burger, but I ordered one this time, and if every place could do burgers like this, I would be a believer. this was the juiciest burger yet. It was cheesy and delicious. The bun was soft and you could tell that they made this with a little love. I thought the Parmesan truffle fries were fantastic. My two kids who are picky eaters were literally fighting over these fries. I only regret not getting an extra side order. My husband wasn't even hungry and he took a few bites of that burger and thought it was delicious. He called it "my favorite burger of the year". This place is in the middle of the Aria hotel, and we just happened to be passing through but this was a huge highlight on our weekend getaway. Even if we don't stay at the Aria, we will definitely be back to this food hall.

These are some great burgers. Sampled the truffle fries and the onion rings and they were both excellent!! The drink was $7 and the cup was very small but you can refill it.
