These 2 were the worst I've ever been to ..now they are both closed...good riddance..and that open on the site is inaccurate..they are gone.

This location is permanently closed. I guess the bad reviews may have affected their business.

Would be nice if you informed people that this location is closed for renovations. Drove all across town to find out when I got there. It's not like gas is cheap ?

Many years have passed since I have eaten at a long john silvers. I was satisfied but it wasn't like the past. You can never go back.

Seems like limited staff has hit this place, too. Only 3 workers and a manager on. They would take a few orders and then stop. Food didn't really take that long to come out. It was hot, but the fries could have used a minute more cook time. The fish was ok but not enough tarter sauce. One packet wasn't even enough for a piece of fish. The staff seemed to be just there, I get it. Whoever owns this place should really get more staff. Overall, the place was clean but could use a refresh. The soda machine was down in the dining room, making more work for the staff. Overall, I give this place an ok ratting like everywhere it's corporate greed, keeping everything just mediocre.

Fast food workers don’t get paid enough to deal with customers attitudes.The food was delicious just what I expected it to be. You could definitely tell they were short staffed. It’s clear their leadership isn’t setting them up for success here. There was even someone from upper management there just sitting around, to good to jump in and help afraid to get his hands dirty I guess.

The food was good, just took about 20 minutes to make. I'm not sure if that's the standard. But we are used to faster service for the Drive Thru.

Feel unwrlcomed. Store not staffed. Order placed in a bag. Condiment stand closed. Drink station closed. AC too cold.

Absolutely horrible!! I have gone here a few times hoping for a better outcome but disappointed every time. Wait time for food is always around 20-50 mins. And order is always wrong. I always check and when you inform them the order is wrong they either looked confused or blame you. I was asked to show them my bag like I was lying! This last time was worst. They forgot the coleslaw. You can't really tell the difference better the fish and chicken so when I got home realized we didn't get fish only chicken and the food we got was so salty you couldn't eat it. Looks like it's all cooked in the same old oil. Manager yells at everyone. They don't give you a receipt so you have nothing to prove they messed up. Then you try to call the place and it goes to a voicemail. Not worth your money or time. I've seen people standing out of their cars practically attacking workers that come out with the food because they've been waiting over 30 mins. Just horrible.

Not bad of a place. I was here for Long John Silvers. I wish they had a stand alone eatery. However, this is my second time visiting this establishment. The staff was ok, and accommodating. Well at least on my visit on that day/time. It is what you would expect with a combo fast food area. Be kind to people and they will be kind to you.

The fish was good, shrimp was very buttery tasting. The fries had been sitting around for a while. I traveled across town to get to the store. Not worth the time or effort.
