Ordered doordash. Got hushpuppies. Only. Hard A hushpuppies. Tried to call the location to deal with the issue instead of having to deal with doordash reporting it to them but instead someone answered the phone that said they ran out of chicken then handed it to a manager that was extremely rude and act like it was my fault that they were busy and ran out of products. I questioned him on why he didn't take the item off of doordash and he was rude again I then he hung up in my face. I was really missing my father that's passed away and this was his favorite meal and this manager totally just ruined an already bad night. Thansk guy. All you had to do was have empathy and do your job. You're having a bad day but so are us out here we're all struggling. You're the one that chose customer service learn how to do it properly

I ordered from doordash 6:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night. order arrived only hush puppies. I called the store to try and find out why I received only hush puppies and why they wouldn't cancel the whole order? the employee answered said that they ran out of chicken but I wanted to know why they would send out hush puppies with nothing else? the manager and him were discussing it off the phone and the manager sounded confused as to why the order went out as well then he came on the phone to say they ran out of chicken and they were very busy. I asked him why he didn't take the item off of doordash if they ran out and he said they ran out an hour ago and I wasn't listening they were very busy. I told him it only takes a couple minutes to update the doordash tablet and then he hung up on me. so I got only hush puppies for dinner and I had to pay a delivery fee and a tip for that. I was already having a really bad day and the manager only had to be empathetic and resolve the problem to make everything better and instead he turned the whole situation worse. this could have been a five-star review that he turned into a one by his lack of customer service. it's not my fault it's busy and it's not my fault that you chose to work in customer service.

We will be back. The food was delicious.

Worst Long John Silvers I have ever been to. They don't have malt vinegar, that is insane. In addition, the fish tasted as if "reheated" by frying twice, same with fries. I bought the 8 piece dinner that was supposed to have 8 hush puppies, they didn't put the hush puppies in the to go box. All my wife wanted was the hush puppies and didn't get those. It is just horrible and an embarrassment to the name
