I’ve been in Vegas since 2020 and I haven’t had GRRREAT Mexican food until this past weekend. I have absolutely no complaints!I was craving caldo de res and boy, did it NOT disappoint! The caldo was amazing! It was full of flavor, served with a small bowl of Mexican rice, some onion & cilantro on the side, limes on the side, and 4 warmed white corn tortillas. The broth was perfectly flavored, the veggies (even the potatoes) were soft, and the meat fell apart in your mouth...
