I ordered the Ramen birria that wasn’t the beef kind and I wasn’t a fan, in the menu it said it came with 1 quesabirria so I was happy with that but it was so small and the Ramon noodles had no flavor. I wasted $16 and I only told the server because he asked, I left it full. My mom had the tripa three tacos and said it was ok, not too much flavor and oily. Also the beans and chips they served at first we don’t know what the beans were mixed with, tasted like a chilli bean dip. They forgot to give/ask my mom for silverware and the menus were too dark to see, we needed our phone lights. Overall I thought it was too expensive for the size. I saw they had an 8 piece chicken wings for $20, that’s insanely expensive. I saw the commercial on TikTok so I was exciting about it but it was just another restaurant. Sadly I will not be back.

The tacos are great lots of flavor, a lot of great items to choose from like sushi and burritos. The beans and chips are a plus while you wait for you entree,the staff is awesome, definitely coming back thank you

Birria Bite is a hidden gem that feels like stepping off the streets of Mexico. This little hole-in-the-wall is bursting with big flavor. The hand-painted murals and modern decor create a vibrant atmosphere that adds to the experience.
A friend brought me here for tacos, and it did not disappoint! The first surprise was the bean dip served with chips instead of traditional salsa—it was absolutely scrumptious. Then came the main event: the birria tacos. I ordered three tacos with consomé, and dipping them was pure magic. Each bite exploded with flavor, the cheese stretched perfectly, and it was as fun to eat as it was delicious.
They were so good, I had to order some to-go for my friends. If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful tacos, Birria Bite is a must-try!

I have flown from canada multiple times just to come for this food and I dream of it until I can come back again. Absolutely the hidden gem of vegas when it comes to mexican food. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this excellent restaurant.

Good food. A little spendy.
Parking: There is a lot of construction on the main road. Parking was a pain. The food served was great. Prices of the food and service didn't match the quality. We've made more flavorful birria at home. But, it was worth the time to stop and eat. Service and food preparation were really slow. The waitress forgot a few things that we had ordered. I will be looking for another berria place in the future to try out.

The door is on the right side of the building on near the main road. They need a sign as its easy to think the door is near the parking lot. Service and food was great and very tasty. Hidden gem with great tasting food. Tacos were not small and super cheesy. Complimentary beans dip with chips right when you sit down was a hit. Food came out at a reasonable time. Wait staff was extreamly nice and plate sized were not small. Great experience. Will come back.
