Delicious authentic Italian.
We could tell that their sauces were homemade. The calamari was great, the salads had tastey balsamic. The complimentary breadsticks were also warm and the sauce that came with was great as well. The highlight of the meal was the warm and generous portioned lasagna and the creme brulee.
Despite stuffing ourselves did not feel sick at all because it was real homemade Italian. Great job!

We came and saw you need reservations. Luckily they had space and were kind enough to seat us.
The food, atmosphere and staff were fantastic! Way better than any Italian restaurant I've had on the strip and much more affordable.
We had lasagna, caprisi salad, creme brule. Their breadsticks were soft and warm and came with an amazing pesto butter type dipping sauce that was killer.
The price was probably a little higher than usual for most because we added appetizer, salads, entrees and dessert.
Highly recommend!

Man!!! When I opened the door, I knew it was going down. Everything fresh, tasteful. And the serving sizes. Do not touch down in Vegas without eating here.

We came in during our road trip from Seattle to Dallas. We stayed in Vegas for a couple of days and were craving something from home(ish). We stumbled upon this restaurant and the food looked so good in the photos.
It is amazing value for money and the portions are generous. The staff is attentive but lets you enjoy your meal in peace. They served us with a starter on the house.
We ordered meat lasagna, veggie lasagna and eggplant Parmesan and a side of Capres salad. Everything was tasty made fresh and satisfied our cravings.

The shrimp fettuccini alfredo has to be the best fettuccini alfredo i have ever tried. The restaurant is small and runs by reservations only. The family was super nice and attentive. 100% recommended to anybody.

Los Olivos is the kind of spot that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled into someone’s home kitchen—if that kitchen just happened to serve some of the best Italian food in the valley. From the **veal marsala** to the **lobster ravioli**, every dish is made with care, flavor, and zero shortcuts. The portions are generous, the sauces are rich, and the homemade bread? Dangerous in the best way.
It’s a small, cozy space tucked into a strip mall, but don’t let that fool you—this place has soul. The staff is warm and attentive, and the no-corkage BYOB policy is a rare Vegas win. Just bring your favorite bottle and settle in.
