We came here spontaneously after visiting the Atomic Museum. What a pleasant surprise! There were many attentive servers, lots of dining space and seating options, and a very large menu. Our server (Kenny!) took the time to walk through the menu and point out customer favorites, and kept our drink glasses refilled throughout the dinner with us asking. Fresh cutlery and napkins showed up between courses. On top of the excellent service, the food was fresh and delicious (chicken satay, pad thai, cashew nut w/chicken, mango sorbet & vanilla ice cream), with menu options I've not normally seen from both Northern and Southern Thailand. We'll definitely be back!

Unsure if we came on an off-night but the food was incredibly over-hyped (minus the chicken rangoon appetizers—crisply delicious). We ordered the pork pad thai and chicken fried rice.
Albeit the pad thai noodles were cooked well and flavorful, the fried rice was bland, the chicken was extremely chewy (as if they were popped into a microwave), and the pork tasted as if it had freezer burn.
My partner and I had fried rice later this day at an American restaurant down the street and it was much better: the rice was clearly refrigerated before being stir-fried and the chicken was tenderly flavorful. Also at half the price.
Service was attentive but host seemed burnt out, overworked, and generally non-plussed not only to us but to most customers walking through the doors.
Very disappointing experience for $100, including tip and tax, for two. Might come back when we're in Vegas again.

Delicious. Tasty I had the crispy duck kha soi mild spicy is what I choose. Also had spring rolls were really crunchy. Joey great service checked constantly. Overall all servers check & busers pay attention refill drink clear table. Been to red rock dozen times prior to 2020, never ate here. But definitely return now

Love the food here, and request it spicy if you can handle the heat.

Good foods, I don't recommend to follow their recommendations though. They recommend their most expensive menus

Honestly the food here is amazing. The garlics prawns are just as great as everyone raves about and are highly recommended. There are many great Thai places in Vegas and this is def one of the tops. And also one of the most expensive. The other dishes are similar to ones you can get at other places. The ambiance is super classy and fancy.

Especially curry lobster!

The duck curry was great, but the Tom Yum broth was very off. The composition of ingredients didn’t taste correct, way too much chicken broth.
Also the chillies were stale and flavourless.
Overall it was okay but so many people hyped this place that my expectations were higher.

Second time at Lotus, before they were in a strip mall, so the 'new' building is quite the upgrade.
Reservations are a good idea. We did and they seated us straight away.
Atmosphere is great.
Our waiter was very helpful.
My wife had the spicy ceviche appetizer as a meal and loved it(3rd picture).
My buddy and I shared the Nam Kao Tod appetizer(4th picture). It was good but slight warning to folks with high blood pressure it was very salty.
For entrée I had the Khao Soi with Crispy Duck. Great flavor but I had forgotten how rich duck can be. Could not eat it all. My waiter was concerned but I told him it's me, not you guys. Thoughtful of him to be concerned.
Thanks Lotus for a great evening!

The receptionist was very rude. Even after paying for rice, she said we don't give rice with curries. Instead of the checking the order, she kept arguing. Finally had to call the manager. The taste of the food was average - nothing spectacular. Portion size was small. Please learn to respect your customers.

All of the food was incredible and I'll definitely be back whenever I'm traveling! I especially loved the crispy garlic prawn with the fried shells that had the perfect bite before basically melting in your mouth!

The Crispy Duck Khao Soi and assortment of appetizers were delicious. My reservation party of 8 was seated pretty quickly, and food served quicker than I expected for a busy night. If you are looking for great food, this is a place to go.

Went here after seeing this restaurant mentioned for its awards. After dining here, I can see why. The food tastes very fresh and authentic, definitely influenced by skilled cooks and staff.
The menu is excellent, I felt I could order here for days and not run out of good options. Wait staff was excellent. This place is very busy, so definitely consider making a reservation in advance.
