5 stars. Went for breakfast twice while on vacation. The service was beyond excellent. The homemade jams were delish. The food came quick. Portions were sized just right. Coffee cup never got empty. Best grits I've had in a long time.

Today we went to Lou's and Pickles the waiter helped us out. I took the picture of he and my hubby because family routinely torture me with pickle twinkies, pickle yogurt, pickle fruit loops, etc...I am auntie pickle. I thought my family would respond but found more Las Vegas folks excited to find 1) we had gone to Lou's and 2) the service is great there and the menu wonderful and 3) Pickles is a brilliant server. So - good meal, good service and my family found it funny and my friends agreed about the great place to be!

We wanted to eat at a real diner and we found it at Lou’s. Great food. Tried the sweet cream hotcakes and eggs and the regular hotcakes and eggs with locally made sausages. Awesome experience. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Very welcoming, excellent food, great service, low prices - easy to understand why they’ve been in business over 50 years. Definitely get off the strip and try this gem!!

Great food, great waiter and both managers. A condiment bottle was accidentally cracked and served to us, but they apologized and compted half rhe meal price. Best diner in town.

This is a popular little diner, be prepared to wait, but the food service and atmosphere were absolutely worth it.

100% recommend this diner! Off the strip but worth the drive. It was about 15 min away from the Ceasars Palace. Customer service was outstanding! Also, great with children. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty! Their menu had lots of options to choose from.

Lou’s diner was a great find for breakfast! We had about a 20 minute wait on a Saturday morning but it was well worth it. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was hard to choose from the many breakfast options. They may or may not have a secret menu.. I wouldn’t know, because if they did it would be a secret. I’ve never been good at keeping secrets. We will definitely be back :)

If you want homemade food with great prices, eat here! It was a cozy diner that brings you 4 samples of delicious jelly and crackers before you order. They have a great menu and great service! You won't go wrong.
