I've been seeing & following Lucky Cat BBQ on Instagram for awhile now. Today I went to their setup at Harley Davidson Las Vegas. We had their Lucky Cat BBQ Three Meat Taster Deal. Food was very delicious and tasty!!! It’s 100% worth the price. I was definitely scared at first just because I had other BBQ in the past and it was not good but this right here exceeded my expectations.
Brisket is cooked with the utmost top tiered level of expertise with a dash of sugar, spice, and everything nice. Its juicy, flavorful, and has a good ratio of fat that marbles in your mouth like ice cream. It is smoked but its tender like it was boiled and doesnt have a weird smoke after taste like most smoked meats. The couple that runs this joint definitely did their homework! Also try the chicken with ALL of the sauces they offer. Mac n cheese and coleslaw was also delicious!
