Visiting from AK. and have been here since November. All the employees are wonderful people, kind, courteous and willing to help. Some good cooks / chefs and a great menu of food. I for sure will return!

Never went in that God forsaken place...

Total trash. Have never won. Don't feel safe gambling here.

Parking: Park close to the entrance and run in or out. It is not safe and security is limited if even there at all.

Looked scary outside as we pulled up. Thugs hanging by the entrance door and a shirtless homeless man dancing in the parking lot. Once inside the staff was friendly and machines were classic.

I walked IN five MIN till 4 pm at 4 pm RICHARD STARTS HIS SHIFT AT FOUR PM THE MANAGER ANDREA WAS BEHIND THE REGISTER AS WELL. I ASKED RICHARD FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER BECAUSE ITS AFTER FOUR OCLOCKITS 402 PM. THEY ALREADY SWITCHED SHIFTS. I DONT DRINK ALCOHOL. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE EXPLAINING TO ME HE BUSY WHEN I WAS NOT TALKING TO HIM VERY RUDELY. RICHARD WAS CLOCKED IN BEHIND THE COUNTER AND THATS WHO I WAS TALKING TO. RICHARD DECIDED TO IGNORE MY REQUEST FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER AS IF IT TAKES TWO PEOPLE TO CASH A 380.00 DOLLAR TUCKET OUT. THE MANAGER ANDREA IS ATTACKING ME OVER A BOTTLE WATER AND GE OFF THE CLOCK. HOW DISRESPECTFUL IS THAT TO BE IGNORED BY THE BARTENDER RICHARD WHO IS ON THE CLOCK DOUNG NOTHING AT THE TIME I ASKED AND I LOOKED AT HIM WHEN I ASKED. SO FOR THE MANAGER TO BE SO RUDE TO ME IS OUT OF POCKET AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE my pic was taken at 4:04pm and the manager andrea did not get me no bottle of water but attacked me.

I give 3 stars due to the sole fact that winning is not necessarily what happens. In other words, Lucky's wasn't the best name to choose. As for the people and the atmosphere, it is a 5/5. Feels almost home-like with the comfort you feel when entering the establishment.

Great service, but not a lot of games, just average. Wouldn't recommend.

The keno sucks and u can tell it's the same crowd that clique up there. Weird vibes.

Friendly staff, older but fairly loose slots and video poker, i often win here! Nice little place to get a drink and gamble for a little bit!

The buffalo machines are loose . I seen my homegirl hit 5 coins..

Not exactly the nicest gambling spot as far as cosmetics go, however it's a cozy little spot that my boyfriend and I come to pretty often to pickup a pack of Newports or gamble a few (or a ton of) dollars. ?The bartenders are all kind and have good customer service skills. LOVE the girls that work graveyard.5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
