While I was shopping in the Decatur/215 area, I had decided to pick up some lunch at Lulu Hawaiian BBQ. Lulu Hawaiian BBQ is off of the 215/Decatur exit, inside a large plaza next to Habit Burger and Walmart. There is spacious amount of parking. Lulu Hawaiian BBQ offers a wide range of options such as the following Burgers Saimin Teriyaki Bowls Boba Drinks Shrimp Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Chicken Katsu BBQ Beef Loco Moco and so much more! I ended up ordering Kalua Pork and rice, for a to-go order. The check-out process was seamless. The team member at the register was helpful! The bag was packed with napkins and utensils. I brought the meal home to eat. It was packed with Kalua pork, so much that it had lasted for 2 separate meals, lunch, and dinner! The Kalua pork was delicious and flavorful. It wasn't dry! If I was looking for another quick option for Hawaiian BBQ, I would stop by Lulu's again!

Don't order the fried saimin. It was way too sweet! I was told it was because of an ingredient they use. So change it! I was very disappointed. I was also surprised it wasn't run by people from Hawaii anymore. I'm not going back for fear they changed all the original recipes and don't know what they're doing.
burnt fried noodles and salty oily chicken katsu . no hawaiians available for service, fried noodles oily ... kimchee was good should stick to kimchee...laughing staff while food was returned

My review is based on our recent takeout experience: Lulu's did everything right with their takeout service: it was extremely fast and they packed our containers full of food (enough for two meals essentially)! The Katsu chicken we ordered was great. We also tried the honey Katsu which is my personal favorite My only wish was that their macaroni salad portions were larger because it's delicious. You can purchase additional scoops if you'd like. This is a quick and easy meal that my whole family enjoys. We also love the leftovers the next day since there is so much food!

I had a quick lunch break so needed to find a spot fast. Scoped this place out and I'm glad I came. Everything in my curry bowl was cooked fresh and tasty. Not to mention very affordable for the amount and quality you're getting.
