Luv-It has excellent frozen custard—maybe the best in Vegas. Great flavors, always consistent, and the staff’s been friendly every time I’ve been there over the years.
Now, the area? It’s rough. At times it feels like you’re walking through a live taping of *The Walking Dead*. That’s going to turn some people off—and that’s just reality. Some won’t come because of it, and that’s fine. Plenty of people still will.
To the owner: you didn’t cause the homeless problem. We all know that. But when people mention it in reviews, maybe don’t jump in with a long defensive rant about positivity and loving everyone. It doesn’t help. It doesn’t change anyone’s mind. It just makes you look thin-skinned.
You’ve got plenty of well-earned 5-star reviews. A few critical ones come with the territory. It’s not some evil custard competitor out to get you—it’s just the internet. Every business gets dumb reviews. So instead of fighting it, maybe just roll with it. Make great custard, ignore the noise, and live up to your name Luv-It.

I really hate to do this but I drove about 15 mins to try this place and pictured below is an actual size of a small that they charge around $4 for. When they handed it to me I thought it was a free sample and was waiting for my order until I realized it wasn't coming. If you're looking for Frozen Custard do yourself a favor and go to Nielsens.

they have poor customer service, the workers being upset because they didn’t get a tip, if their machine took tips when we swiped we would have trust! Then proceeded to fill my husband‘s western halfway waited took care of 15 to 20 people before giving us our 2 pints of Dolewhip and our western and Oreo milkshake that is watered down . Poor poor customer service.. The owners son, a little african American girl and a mexican girl.. Terrible, even people who ordered after us got theirs and asked where ours was.. Like come on. Get better.
