Veryyyyy veryyyyy bad managers and staf, if you have reservation for 6 you need to wait unti 7:30 or 8:00 for seating, and they are not polite, they have no manier to speak with guests, worst staf that I have ever seen. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

We were visiting from Temecula, What a great experience!! Our server Elena was above and beyond!! Treated us like family!
The Host Will was so accommodating putting us by the window as per our request! He also stopped by to make sure everything was okay! We will definitely be coming back!

A great place for lunch that's very quiet and classy. The Mushroom ravioli was perfectly al dante. Parking is surprisingly easy because it is on the edge of a mall with plenty of parking underneath.

If you’re in Las Vegas and craving incredible Italian food with top-tier service, look no further than Maggiano’s at 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully inviting.
But the real star of our visit was our waiter, Michael.
Michael was exceptional—the kind of server who elevates your entire dining experience. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and he checked on us at all the right times without ever being intrusive. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in making sure everyone has an amazing meal.
The food was delicious (as always at Maggiano’s), served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, the drinks were perfect, and the service—from start to finish—was seamless.
If you’re visiting Las Vegas or even if you’re a local, ask for Michael. You will not be disappointed. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

Where to begin, from the moment we sat down, our dining experience was amazing. Our Server, Michael, is simply the best! Maggiano's is lucky to have him on board. With suggestions on what to have, including a great slice of chocolate cake to finish our wine with (yum), and wonderful conversation overall with Michael. He sang to another table, and the room joined in. If you get the chance to dine here, ask to sit in his section. Cheers!!

My husband picked up carryout with our children last night and the carryout employee Lorissa was excellent. She was very positive and showed great customer service skills. The food was to perfection and the kids loved Christmas decorations. Thank you for the experience. We will be back soon.

Where should I begin. I know. Maggiano’s would not be so well if it wasn’t for Michael Baker. The food is great but it’s Michael the Hospitality Champion that makes it The GOAT. So you’re already coming here because you know the food is exceptional. Michael makes it Extraordinary. So make the reservation but make sure you make it with Michael the Hospitality Titan Baker.
