Very rude girl at the register today. It was 4 minutes till they opened and my husband walks in and she barks we don't open till 8. He says ok, I'll get my beans and when you're ready, I'll order. She's just standing there on her phone. He comes out and gets me and I come in and order and she doesn't say anything and just says the total and flips the screen around for us to tip. Of course I'm not gonna tip when I get rude service and an attitude. She makes our drinks wrong but we didn't say anything because we just wanted to leave. It's not like we were rude to her, we always say please and thank you. We work in the service industry so we are always polite because I know how it is. We will come back for our espresso beans but will no longer be buying coffee drinks from here. Basic human decency is not hard.

Without question, this is the best coffee you will find in Vegas. Every day they have a special coffee of the day to try, so you can easily explore flavors from all over the world without spending a ton. And on Wednesday they have 100% Kona.

Great variety of coffees! I buy all my coffee there now and usually grind the beans there. I like the Sin City blend, The island blend! Very reasonably priced! They have the 100% Jamaican brewed and serving on Fridays! I like my coffee to taste like coffee. Bold and smooth! Low acidity! FOUND IT! They have MANY different coffees to choose from! I'm working my way through them. The 100% Kona is my favorite! It's spendy, but it's always on my gift list! The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Favorite coffee shop by far!

The rudest service here. I believe she is the manager. I've been here quite a few times and each time she is working she is anything but friendly - one word answers, never smiles, never offers any suggestions... When she is not here I don't have a problem with the other workers. I walked in and saw they were sold out of all the K cups, so I commented wow you must be busy and she just stared at me and said well we haven't had any in a few months. Didn't try to offer me anything else or tell me when they would get more in. She just said " I have to order them like everybody else."I bought a cup of coffee and questioned if it was the one I asked for. I obviously didn't care for the taste, and she just looked at me and said yes, and walked away. Didn't bother to ask me if it was anything wrong or if I'd like something else This will be the last time I come here.

The blond girl that was helping us , was more concern about us grabbing the coffee and leaving than enthusiastically describing the coffee beans that they use to make their drip coffee . When I asked her the type of bean they used she ignored the question and just repeatedly the amount we owed . This kind of service leaves us thinking that either you don’t know what kind of beans resourcing or you just don’t care to know. Either way I will not be back and I hope that you guys take coffee more seriously for people in the area.

Ok. So this was our first time at magnum. The place is nice. It's very chill and comforting. There was just one person working, so the wait was ok. No big deal. Service was really nice and the lady was sweet as well. Two major things. It was hot in there. The ac's were down, and they had one portable cooler for the cashier that was doing the drinks as well. Could have had one or two more for the guest. Second were the drinks. Let's just say that we went to our favorite coffee shop to fix them. We did not wait long to get them, which is good. But they were flavorless. The coffee was water down and little to no flavor at all. I want to be nieve and say that the machine needs to be calibrated. Will try it again soon. Take care
