DELICIOUS PIZZA AND USES REAL ITALIAN SAUSAGE, BURGER BIG & JUICY, WINGS WERE BIG & JUICY, ONIONS RINGS CRISPY & FRIES . . . DELIVERY ARRIVED AS PROMISED AND THE FOOD WAS HOT . . . THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD FOOD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY PATIENT AND POLITE! KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE! My husband and I are visiting Las Vegas from NJ for the Winter. Our first time ordering for delivery was from MAGURA’S, we order an Exlarge pizza with pepperoni and sausage with onion rings. Being from the NJ/NY area, where the world’s best pizza is made!! We thought hopefully we’re not wasting our money. IT’S WAS NOT A WASTE!

If I could give no stars, I would. I had the same exact experience that Mercedes below me did. I have been going to Maguras since 2019 and loved it. It has recently been closed and still accepted my online order. Once I arrived to the location I noticed it was closed to I called the number listed only to be told that it is the Tropicana location and they DO NOT HAVE THE SAME OWNER as the desert inn location. Since 2019, you would call and the woman answering would ask if you were calling for the desert inn location or Tropicana. And now, all of a sudden, they have no knowledge about anything with the desert inn location and do not have the same owner. I was unable to receive a refund after multiple attempts. They are pocketing your money!

**Subject: Feedback on Recent Experience**
I wish to express my concerns regarding a recent experience with your restaurant, which I believe warrants attention. I placed an order with the expectation of receiving excellent service, particularly as I had requested that my order be delivered by 6 PM for a holiday dinner party with colleagues.
To my dismay, the order was delivered at 3 PM, leaving it to become cold, soggy, and inedible by the time my guests and I arrived at 6 PM. I had received a notification indicating that my order was being prepared, and I promptly contacted the restaurant to request that the preparation be halted, as the delivery was not scheduled until later. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with indifference, and I was informed that my request could not be accommodated. This lack of respect for my instructions was disappointing and unacceptable.
While I might have been more understanding had I ordered from a national chain such as Domino’s or Pizza Hut, I had specifically chosen your establishment, which markets itself as a fine Italian restaurant. I anticipated a higher level of service commensurate with the premium I paid for quality food and service. Regrettably, the restaurant failed to provide a satisfactory resolution to the situation, offering no alternative other than to accept the order as it was delivered, ultimately resulting in the loss of my business.
It is important to note that my dissatisfaction extends beyond the monetary aspect; it pertains to the level of service for which I believed I was paying. This experience has regrettably caused embarrassment in front of my colleagues and has left a lasting negative impression.

Pizza was super cold. I told them to not deliver it after waiting 2 hours and if it was cold to not deliver. They delivered it anyways cold and they didn’t even care. Will never order from here and they don’t take accountability. Don’t order form here they’ll click on your face like how they did me and then lie that they have bad service.

Place is shutdown by the health department. They are still taking online orders AND CHARGING YOU not notifying you they can't fulfill orders and keeping the funds. I have been coming for years. The phone # you call, the lady operates BOTH locations, Desert Inn location & Tropicana location. That is how its been for years. Now all of a sudden she claims she knows nothing about Desert Inn location and is not the same owner or related. All these years every time you would call she always ask, which location are you calling for. Now that I asked for assistance canceling and refunding me since no order is fulfilled, she has no knowledge about the Desert Inn location. And its the same lady that has been here all these years. Banking denied the claim as the company disputed they fulfilled service. Even with pictures provided. This happened on 12/07 and still no solution.

Ordered on their online platform (not door dash, uber eats, etc) on 10/17, despite several at getting in contact with the store, they refused to help, locate the order or provide any food I ordered. Kept being put on hold and hung up on. Charged my card for order, never got a refund or a call from a manager.

We stayed in Las Vegas for 2 nights on a road trip. On the 2nd evening we got 2 pizzas here which were very tasty. And the service was very friendly.

Never order here, garbage food, belongs in the trash
The worst service ever!, the calzone was delivered frozen. They didn’t even cook it. The salad was brown and warm. Complained and was offered 20% off next order. Why would I ordered another frozen food . The worst
