My team and I were visiting for a conference and chose to take some clients here for dinner one night. Everyone was so kind, and the owner made us feel uniquely special! Highly recommend the short rib bun and the old fashioned! Those seared scallops were fire too! Will absolutely come back whenever I’m in town.

Burger had a very different taste and not a good way. The aioli was off. The fish was good

We love this place. We went for our Anniversary again and again it was a blast. Deserae was an excellent server and explained all the options. All the staff was amazing and the food as always was top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our night. Thank you so much!

That steak with the skinny fries looked perfect online. I should have ordered it. Regret arrived early and stayed late.

I love the Arts District. Like everyone else, Esther’s Kitchen is now mandatory Vegas behavior. With that box already checked, I tried MSP on Wednesday 1/21/26. I walked in solo at 7pm, mostly empty room, grabbed a bar seat, and ordered the I Know The Owner. Solid drink. Promising start.

Then came the choice. Tomahawk pork chop or the famous steak splashed all over the internet. I asked the bartender for guidance. She chose neutrality. So I made a heroic and deeply flawed decision and went with the “heart healthier” pork chop.

As soon as I ordered, the place filled up. People around me got apps. Then entrees. I waited. And waited. Tried to catch the bartender to add a glass of wine. Failed. Eventually the pork chop arrived. I finally got a Malbec. I needed it.

The chop was dry. Painfully dry. Sending it back felt risky after that wait. The brown sugar molasses sauce tasted burnt and coated everything. Including the green beans, which did nothing to deserve that.

Lesson learned. If you go, order the steak. Do not get clever.

The upside. While I waited, I learned Grove Culture was playing at Echo down the street. I wandered over after dinner and found a new venue for next time. Sometimes the universe compensates. Sometimes it just laughs and hands you dry pork.

There are restaurants you visit because you’re hungry, and there are restaurants you return to because they make you feel something.

Main St. Provisions does that to me.

It’s the kind of place that doesn’t just serve food — it holds you. The first bite feels less like a meal and more like being welcomed back into a familiar room… as if the whole experience is quietly telling you, you’re in the right place.

I’ve never had a bad moment here. Not once. The service is flawless without ever feeling forced. The energy is warm without being performative. The menu is confident. The wine list is thoughtful. The spirits selection is curated like someone actually cares. Everything feels intentional — and it shows.

Last night I came in craving one of my favorite dishes, their NY strip. But they were closed to the public for a private event — an award ceremony celebrating their chef for winning Hell’s Kitchen. And honestly, it made sense. This place doesn’t operate like a restaurant that hopes to be great. It operates like one that already knows it is.

But it wasn’t the first time I had to walk away because of a private event. It happened about six weeks ago too. And normally, if a place says “open” on Google and it isn’t… I don’t return.

Except I returned here.

Because some places earn that loyalty without asking for it.

So today I came back, and I got exactly what I was chasing — the NY strip, perfectly done, the kind of steak that reminds you why you fell in love with steak in the first place. And then there were the mashed potatoes… airy, impossibly fluffy, like they’d been whipped into something gentler than food. Just the right touch of garlic — not loud, not shy — just enough to make you pause mid-bite and think, how is this so simple and so perfect at the same time?

And the Diamond In Space Cabernet alongside it… that deep, confident pairing that makes the whole meal feel like a moment worth sitting in a little longer.

Main St. Provisions never disappoints. It doesn’t just satisfy you — it resets you. It takes you back to the feeling of what dining out is supposed to be: comfort, care, craft, and a little bit of magic.

Some restaurants feed you.

This one hugs you.

Exceeded my expectations. Service was five star. The kitchen is a well oiled machine. A flawless service for a group of 16. Will definitely be back.

A wonderful dining experience in Las Vegas. Incredible food, warm and genuinely warm service in a local setting with a great vibe. Love the place! Always go back there when I'm in town.

I don't know why it took me so long to try Main Street Provisions. Outstanding service, elevated cocktails, and beautifully executed food from oysters to porterhouse. Every dish was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and worth every penny.

Third time we've had dinner here. Great location in the heart of the Arts District. Hostess was extremely accommodating, letting us push back our reservation 45 minutes on a busy night. Food has been consistently excellent all three visits. This time, our party of 5 ordered duck, scallops, octopus, steak and a burger. The duck and scallops were exceptional. Our server was perfect -- helpful and efficient. The restaurant is very lively, boarder-line noisy. Ether's Kitchen is across the street and gets more recognition (it is excellent), but IMHO MSP is equally as good.

Delicious food with even better hospitality. Good and varied menu, and compared to the overpriced licensed name restaurants on the strip, this is infinitely better for anyone who just wants a delicious dinner without hemmhoraging money. Acoustics are a bit echo-y and loud but mostly make it feel like a lively neighborhood restaurant. Our server and others who stopped by our table were delightful and appreciative. They know what they're doing in the kitchen. Definitely worth a visit!

Love this restaurant! Great for locals, and visitors to see the new downtown. Food is excellent, and so is the service. Creative cocktails. We keep coming back.
