Great food and great service!

Salty Sauce

Food never tastes good when it's overpriced. One small scoop of rice. One small scoop of protein and a side. Add a drink and the price goes from 7.99 to 15 dollars. I added a small tip, like 1.70. It was very mediocre tasting. I was not impressed at all. There are MUCH better alternatives that not only cost less, give you more product, but actually make you smile when you taste it. No chance of returning to this place.

The restaurant is very clean and well lit. The staff are young but friendly and helpful. The food is good here, but it wasn’t Hot enough. The food was Loop Warm. By the time we sat down to eat the food it was getting colder because of the AC blowing. So we ate a little and took the rest home. Not complaining about the AC only the food needed to be Warmer towards Hot. Overall price was okay, we got the $12 medium sized.

This is regarding the girl with the pink hair. Unfortunately, she was incredibly unprofessional and rushed us the entire time. When I asked what types of meat were available, she responded, “They’re up on the board,” with a clearly bothered expression.

Her body language and exaggerated movements made it obvious she wanted us out as quickly as possible. I understand it was 30 minutes before closing, but I’ve worked in fast food before—and customers are the reason we have jobs.

I always make it a point to tip and support service workers, but she really ruined the experience—not just for me, but for her coworkers who might’ve earned that tip if it weren’t for her attitude.

Never ordering in this location ever again

The place looks modern and clean, and the staff is friendly — no complaints there. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. For a Hawaiian BBQ spot, the prices are definitely on the higher end, and I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s the location or lack of competition in the area?

What really disappointed me were the portion sizes — they’re tiny. I ordered a regular plate with chicken teriyaki and poke. The poke came in a small cup, maybe 2 oz at most, and it had an odd flavor that didn’t sit right with me. The teriyaki chicken portion was even smaller, which was surprising. The mac salad? Just a small scoop, and the same goes for the rice.

We also got a mini poke plate, and as you can see in the pictures, those portions were just as small. The only things that came in decent amounts were the kimchi cabbage and garlic edamame, which isn’t really what you're going there for.

Overall, it’s hard for me to recommend this place to friends or family. It looks great on the outside, but the food and value just don’t match up.

Had a large bowl with macaroni salad, chicken katsu, teriyaki chicken, steak teriyaki. Food was okay. Definitely chain flavors. Used to be better but at a different location however it did make me and SO sick and have diarrhea. It wasn’t bad enough to go to the er but it still gave us the runs. Last time we visted we got poke and when we received our food the poke was gray and had a funny smell. I don’t know what going on but I’m not ever coming back again due to food safety concerns. PS last visit the most recent visit were months apart. MONTHS

Kids at front nice. Ono grinds taste good like back home. Kinda pricey & measure portion but still tasty. If u hungry grab 3 choices. I see where steak on Blander side but you can always add salt & sauce not to mention Mac salad will have perfect salt pepper already.

The food was better in the past. It is also annoying that on their personal website for pick up they marked everything up by $2 for pick up. Come on
