This is our go to place for pastries for years now nothing in this place disappoints . The chocolate Éclairs are so crazy good only thing I miss is when you used to go in and order they would go in back and make them to order. They have a delicious layer of fresh chocolate over a light pastries filled with a custard that is not overly sweet. The cream puffs are so big filled with a delicious custard and sprinkled with powdered sugar. The coconut cake is amazing crispy layers with a creamy filling and covered in shredded coconut.

We went to this bakery for the first time and will never return. The filling in the apple turnover tasted and had the consistency of canned apple filling. We bought three pastries and the only one that I liked was the coconut cake cut in s small square. I should have read the reviews!

Avoid these people at all costs. I bought a $300 cake for a military retirement and it fell apart before I got home. I couldn't even display it as it looked awful and I was embarrassed to have it out. My wife couldn't even cut the cake as it just fell apart. Any assertion that the cake was perfect when it was picked up is a total lie. It was rushed, not ready and began to slide apart as soon as I put it in the car.
And when I contacted them they could care less. Ive filed a dispute with my bank.
I will never do business with them again. You shouldn't either. The fact they respond in this manner speaks volumes.

Manan Bakery is one of my favorite bakeries. I’ve been coming to them for about 5 years now and their Baked Goods are Great. Unfortunately their Customer Service is hit or miss. I went in tonight at 7:10 pm and was helped by Jimena. As soon as I walked in I complimented her on the cute, heart shaped glasses she had on. Then asked her a few questions about the cookies I wanted. They didn’t have the flavor filling I wanted (raspberry) and so I asked for a single sample of the similar cookies that had the apricot filling. I asked her what the name of the cookies were so I could call ahead and order them and she responded that she didn’t know and that they’re just cookies. The apricot filling tasted good and I thanked her for the sample and so I asked for two pounds of them. And when I asked her if she could please also grab the last two apricot filled sandwich cookies that had fallen off the tray onto the display against the glass, she was visibly annoyed that she had to walk around the counter to grab them. Then when I told her and a fellow customer behind me that this was my favorite bakery and that I come from the east side of town (30 minute drive) to the bakery, Jimena wanted to know exactly where I lived; “What street and what apartments do you live in?” Is exactly what she asked, which was extremely uncomfortable for me. I just expressed that to compliment the bakery and my willingness to come a far way to get to them. I ended up spending $56.18 on the cookies. As soon as I stepped away from the counter she let out a frustrated sigh. I don’t understand why as I wasn’t rude to her at all and simply inquired on my favorite product. The experience was really disappointing. 🙁
