The cakes are not fresh, very dry!! It’s gotta be at least a week old. If you want repeated customers you’ll need to have quality control. They also set their machines to tip 18% minimum. So beware of that before you pay!!

This place is so unique. They have a variety of dessert treats to choose from! Just be cautious if you can't take in too much sugar. I'm sure there are some that are not as sweet as others. You will need to ask. All in all, a great place!

We had a birthday party and ordered a custom cake couple of days ahead. We were emailing back and forth with an identified person from the company. They gave us a price of a cake for the amount of $90. Per the email agreement we went in person to confirm our order. Unfortunately we we got there, they said they weren’t aware of the order, so we had to go through the whole process all over again. After they called the owner Dair , believe is her name , we were told the price is going to be $130. The employee by the name of Olivia was extremely nasty, rude and unpleasant human being. She told us it happens, people make mistakes and that we should get over it. We couldn’t believe how she was speaking to us, we just let it go. Another employee by the name of Dasha came to help. We still continued this process instead walking out right there and then. It took about 3 hours to finish taking our order. We weren’t even frustrated at that, because the girl that was taking our order was suppose to be with the company for a month. She said she didn’t know anything but she really tired to help. It’s the attitude that was really sad. The Olivia employee was pretty much mocking the whole thing. Instead of teaching and helping the new girl so they go faster all she was letting us know is that, they really don’t care about customer service. After hours, order was placed and we left. Went back to pick up a $130 dry bread that was made with no care whatsoever. If we wanted a bread , we would have gotten a bread. This was one of the worst, horrible, brutal, awful, dreadful experiences we have ever had. So Manan bakery thanks for nothing, you ruined a birthday for us.

Manan bakery is truly super delicious and beautiful. Every dish in their menu has a beautiful presentation, enough to make you want to try new things. Their pastries are very delicious and Bundt cakes are 10/10. I usually go for the cookies, I can never get enough of them. However, the customer service is what makes it unique. Melanie especially is super accommodating and kind, and sincerely deserves recognition! She has so much patience explaining what each item is and even asks you for your taste preferences to find the best fit for you! On top of that, she remembers her customers, which is another plus! I have rarely seen customer service that wonderful and she truly makes the experience 10x more worth it! I truly have nothing negative to say about this place and completely recommend it to everyone!

I've been to other bakery shops and found this one to be sorta fair. The desserts look amazing but fall a bit short on taste. My friend and ordered 1 sweet and one savory. Both were pricey and had very little filling. Nice place to sit in but pretty average overall. Not in that much of a hurry to go back.

Great service and beautiful looking pastries with a huge variety. But the 2 different slices of cake we purchased were both very very stale. They had been sitting in the fridge for at least a few days before being sold to us.Because they're stale, they've lost most of their flavor. I was told it would be a very rich flavored cake, only to served a stale tasteless pastry.

It was my first time coming to Manan. The first staff i dealt with-Haspik-was HORRIBLE. I was trying to figure out how to order a bigger size cake from the slices they have. She thought i was ordering slices of cakes and started putting them in a plate. When i corrected her, she became upset and had an ATTITUDE...walks over to another staff & made some comment- i know it was about me. I sought out another staff-Olivia, and she was respectful, patient and was able to explain things over. Olivia clearly knows how to deal with customer service.I don't think i will return. If i am walking in to spend my money, i expect to be treated respectfully !
