Train them or hire better people.
Since food was good, location/view was amazing, live music was cool so I’ll still give 5 stars.
But come on.
Give them proper training.
This is a fault of the owner (probably most likely the manager).
They need a better hiring / training processes.

We visited Marche Bacchus when it was not very busy, yet still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Once at our table, water was poured and then we were left without any service for roughly 45 minutes before a server returned to take our drink order. After receiving our drinks, another 40 minutes passed before our food order was taken.
The food itself took another hour and 10 minutes to arrive. We tried to hold off by eating the bread while waiting, but it took us asking the waiter 4 times before he brought an additional basket. When the food finally did arrive, there was confusion over which filet belonged to which guest. By that point we were extremely hungry, and I was looking forward to the steak placed in front of me. Unfortunately, the first bite was a letdown. The steak was cold and lacked flavor to the point where I considered asking for A1 sauce, which says a lot for a filet at this price point.
We spoke with the manager, who was kind and made an effort to improve the situation, but the experience had already soured the evening. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I do not plan on returning.

Always a favorite. Sit on the patio and you don't feel you are in Las Vegas. Food and service always great. They have happy hour everywhere now not just in the bar, which is super locals friendly.

This place is good. French onion soup is very good. Most of the food is delicious. The burger is basic. Good atmosphere and the servers are attentive. Nice area to sit and enjoy the water views.

We had such a lovely Thanksgiving!. Four of us girlfriends went. It was such a reasonable price, great food, good portions, good service and a lake view! What more could you ask for?
Shh, don't tell anyone, but this might just be the best Thanksgiving dinner I've ever had. Some reputations must be protected A++++++++++

We were amazed at the experience for our Thanksgiving meal. Food was incredible, and lots of it. The price point was excellent. Servers were very attentive throughout the dinner time. Reservations were scheduled far enough apart to not rush diners. We plan to make this an annual Thanksgiving tradition.

I'd forgotten how nice this place is. Great environment, great service, much better than average wine and great chef all make for a very pleasant evening. Sat by the fireplace and my wife and I had a very romantic dinner. And the bar, wow the bar is the place to go for happy hour!

We've been coming here for dinner every year for my birthday for the last three years. I love it so much! The service has always been great, the food is delicious and the area is gorgeous! I highly recommend the steamed mussels. The Chairman's Express is my new favorite drink now.
