I want to say that a few years back we tried this place at this location and we were not impressed. I got their flyer in the mail, decided to check back. Staff greeted me and helped me to pick the order. I got this big combo with xl specialty pizza, big pizza and bread sticks with a big drink. It was fresh, hot, tasting amazing and ready within 15 minutes as promised. What can I say? We’ll be back. Thank you ❤️

Marcos has great pizza. I pretty much order from here only now. Also the peperoni magnifico is my go to, it's the best deal.

Manager TYLER is super rude on the phone. Busy days happen it’s gets stressful I’m sure but the way you answer and speak to people is key. Awful 30 seconds. Not a hello or a goodbye.

My mom ordered pizza from here 2 weeks ago and accidentally left a HUGE tip ($700) due to a malfunction when ordering online. She got passed around through multiple "managers" and has not had her money returned. Straight up criminal.

I would avoid this location. Staff has poor customer service skills and will make you wait as they work on other pizzas before you actually order. Then, they will treat you as a burden if you ask any questions while you wait. Their pizza used to taste really good. Lately, however, Little Ceasars pizzas are tasting better. It is evident that they are doing cost cutting in both the amount of staff they are scheduling and in the ingredients they are using. Kinda sad when you think about what this location was just 6 months ago.
Excellent pizza for the Centennial hills area just a bit pricey. You definitely can get cheaper but I like the taste and quality.

Ordered a large pep magnificent and some cheese bread. Tasty as usual, but this time I also got a 12" Italian sub. It was fantabulous! One pd the best I've had.

After my previous review (see below) my wife asked for us to give Marcos another chance...the last 3 times we have ordered from them the pizza has been right on time, its been hot and delicious! We ordered from them tonight, the promised arrival time was 6:17pm and our doorbell rang at 6:17pm.
Way to bring it back Marcos! Job well done!
My wife and I have been ordering from this Marcos since they opened. The last several times we've ordered from the Oso Blanca location our food has been at least 20 minutes later than the "promised time" and the pizza was luke warm at best. I would call the store to complain but the kids that work there couldnt care less. Marcos is my wifes favorite pizza, but unfortunately for her I refuse to pay $30 plus for luke warm pizza, so we wont be ordering from here again.
