The food was all Pretty good so no complaint there just bummed I asked for extra cheese on the salad and was charged for it and I think someone got confused and thought it was no cheese or light cheese because there wasn't much there. The cheesy bread was good but the super thin crust layered. I like the soft crust better. The pizza was really good! Not sure if I received extra Cheese or not because this is my first time ordering and it seemed like it's what is normally on a pizza without the extra. Will Order again and give it another shot. It was nice for a rainy day didn't feel like cooking.

Ordered a large pep magnificent and some cheese bread. Tasty as usual, but this time I also got a 12" Italian sub. It was fantabulous! One pd the best I've had.

I want to start off by saying I frequent this location weekly. I normally receive great service along with quality food. Tonight was different . Tyler answered the phone and was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I arrived to pick up my pizza , they gave me the wrong order and Tyler still proceeded to be rude and asked another employee " what's the problem here ?". To top it off he was sweeping the floors where the other employees were making pizza. Absolutely disgusting. I will never go back to this location while Tyler works there.

Marcos is my go to for pizza but a little upset with them. They got my order wrong and when I called to let them know the gentleman I spoke to said they would remake the pizza but to give the other one back when the new one gets delivered. I've never known a pizza establishment to ask for their pizza back when it was there mistake. Just caught me off guard!!! So after calling about the order the pizza was never delivered. Had to call back over an hour later to find out what happened. I just asked for a credit. They really need to work on their customer service.

Always excellent service and great pizza. Nice and piled on pepperoni and other toppings, Uber eats had our order fast and hot. The other times were picked up by us and the staff was super friendly and helpful making sure we had a good experience. Give that staff a fat raise!!!!

I love this place now I don’t order Pizza Hut papa John dominoes I just order my pizza from them I love it so much I was smiling happy the cheese was on
First time trying this place and thought oh good, they sell slices of cheese or pepperoni and I thought that's a good way to try a place we've never tried before. Well, we got one slice of pepperoni and it was the NASTIEST pizza I've ever tasted, you could tell it was OLD, so who knows how long the slices sit there before they just toss them out instead of selling them. I know we'll NEVER go here for pizza, too many other GOOD pizza places to choose from...

My wife and I have been ordering from this Marcos since they opened. The last several times we've ordered from the Oso Blanca location our food has been at least 20 minutes later than the "promised time" and the pizza was luke warm at best. I would call the store to complain but the kids that work there couldnt care less. Marcos is my wifes favorite pizza, but unfortunately for her I refuse to pay $30 plus for luke warm pizza, so we wont be ordering from here again.

I would like to retract my previous 2 star rating and drop this to a 1 star. We got a buy one get one free offer so I figured I would give them one last chance. Our order was 30 minutes later than the "promised" time (about an hour after we placed the order.) Our pizza was luke warm at best, I would call the store and complain but the kids that work at that place couldnt care less. Needless to say, it will be a cold day in Hell before I order from this Marcos again.

I would avoid this location. Staff has poor customer service skills and will make you wait as they work on other pizzas before you actually order. Then, they will treat you as a burden if you ask any questions while you wait. Their pizza used to taste really good. Lately, however, Little Ceasars pizzas are tasting better. It is evident that they are doing cost cutting in both the amount of staff they are scheduling and in the ingredients they are using. Kinda sad when you think about what this location was just 6 months ago.
