The only reason I am not given them a 5 star is because I ordered it for lunch but couldn't eat any until I got off so I had to heat it up. The Philly steak bowl is a 20/10. The pizza was a 9/10. Good Food. I will be back!!!

I called Marco’s Pizza to place an order, and the person who answered — I believe her name was Desiree — was incredibly rude. She acted like she didn’t want to be bothered, kept cutting me off while I was speaking, and had a nasty tone the entire time.
I was just trying to place a simple order, but her attitude made the whole interaction frustrating and uncomfortable. There’s no reason to treat customers like that, especially when we’re calling to give business. This really left a bad impression, and honestly, it made me not want to order from there again.

Went to the grand opening today. It was a random stop with no call ahead or order online so we expected to wait a little. While there, I observed the staff being friendly to everyone and delivery driver getting food out quick. My 7 year old says this is his new favorite pizza place.

When I came into order a pizza the girl who rang up the order never mentioned that they were having a 1/2 price sale to for their opening. I questioned her when I came to pick it up. She stated I didn't ask for a coupon. How was I to know about a coupon? She stated she couldn't tell me. It's Marco's policy. She just turned around and walked away. I will NEVER go back. The pizza was Nasty also , pre made dough.
