Great tasting pizza. We always do takeout. Disappointing to see staff sitting around in the front and around the store on their break, especially that they look miserable. Employees really need to utilize a breakroom or be away from the work area or customer area. It looks bad and is an unprofessional turnoff. Not the first time we visited and have noticed this and not just tgis location. What are the owners and managers thinking? Employees should also seem happy to see their customers. A smile goes a long way. We are supporting their business and paychecks? Don't you want us to earn your business and come back again?

After my last review as Tee Watts, the store made it right. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to come back but my husband is a fan. The gentleman who took care me was Excellent!! He didn’t see my name in the notes for a new pizza but I showed him the review (4 months ago 🥴) from which it originated. I just want to say THANK YOU! ❤️ All the staff was fantastic!!! I saw new faces whom I never seen before. Kudos to you guys! 💪🏽 Thank you for getting a great crew!

The food is always good here. We have never had a problem. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong store and instead of just turning me away the young lady resolved the issue by calling the other other store to cancel, refund and then had my food ready in 15 minutes! I am super appreciative for her customer service, it was already a long day and I just wanted to get home with dinner. I wish I had gotten her name. She was a short gal with red hair. She was so nice and super sweet!! Thank you again. ❤️

Delivered me a barely cooked pizza. It wasn’t edible. The other 2 pizzas were fine. I wanted my money back for just the one pizza. Would only give store credit but I’m not going in for barely cooked pizza again!

This place needs help even though bodies are there. Only one girl was doing all the work! Cooking, cashier, etc. A driver came in & took my money for a pickup. The pizza is bad! Burned pizza! The crust is the pizza! I don’t blame the girl because she was multitasking while the pizzas were burning! Do you not use timers??? This isn’t the first time either. I’m about to go to another chain. And you can smell the burn! I’m done! My husband is the one who likes you . Me, not so much! Do better! Management! Hire some help!

How can you trust your food with these people when they are miserable to be there and are upset to see people come in...
So good even our cat tries to get into the box! Every time we order via the app we get exactly what we want! Their Greek Salad is ALSO SO GOOD! Use the app so you can apply current coupons and “deals”. We’ve had delivery and pick up and never any issues. No errors, everyone is nice. 10/10 we recommend. We’ve ordered at least once every 6 weeks .

I recently had a frustrating experience with Marcos Pizza on Cactus that left a sour taste in my mouth. I called to place an order and ended up being on hold for almost 19 minutes. After waiting so long, I decided to go in person to place my order, only to find that they had hung up on my call without any warning. Not even an apology was give to us for the bad experience. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and it made me feel like my time didn’t matter. I expected better from Marcos Pizza.

Recently purchased a pizza from the Warm Springs store. This was the best pizza of my long life! Toppings, presentation and service were all superb! Except for the fact that I fall outside of all delivery areas, everything else was great. I have found my pizza Mecca.
