Inconsistent information promised one thing told another by the general manager. since 4/12/2024 was supposed to recieve a call no call till till 4/18/2024 employees do not communicate properly. Also Candace admitted to having alot of things on her desk so got lost in the shuffle. Only reason I got the a call on 4/18 is because I called trying to order yesterday and no one had a clue about what I was talking about. Not sure I will ever try them again. Would really love to hear back from district manager. What was I promised by Kierra that they would honor the 50% off eclipse special and order new pizza with less cheese. As the food was far to greasy for me to eat. If there is a next time Ill just wait the 2 hrs for redelivery.

Ordered a 15 ct boneless wings for $16. My hunny came home with some popcorn chicken where I counted 13 pieces INCLUDING the pieces that are roughly the size of a nickel. We will pause on ordering for pick up from Marco's for awhile. For the price, definitely not worth it.

The staff here is amazing! Every single time I call, they are very friendly, helpful and incredibly kind! I love the cauliflower pizza and Baked wings and I appreciate that they offer healthy options as I am a diabetic. This is by far the best pizza place I can recommend and I refuse to go anywhere else!Dietary restrictions: Great cauliflower crust option and baked chicken wings if you’re diabetic.

I’ve ordered pizza at the Durango and Warm Springs location for many many years and never had a problem with any orders. Customer service was always great until recently. Walked in to place an order with their “GM” Gus. I told him I would like to use an offer I had on my phone. He said he couldn’t do that that’s it’s an online offer followed with a bye, have a nice day. I was so shocked how rude and abrupt he was. Never offered any in store deals just a quick can’t do it and have a nice day! I ended up ordering pizza from somewhere as I refused to give them my business after that rude experience. I will never order at this location again!

The pizza sandwich is wonderful, and I'm very picky. The only thing is the service comes off as a little Rude, they'll let you stand there at the counter for more than 5 mins without a word, their Not good under pressure.

We ordered 7 pizzas and a huge salad. For our residents on Super Sunday. We ask them to have it all ready by 230pm. They were super busy. They had a lot of employees working on this day. We were super satisfied with everything. They try their best and knock it out of the park. We got everything on time. We really appreciate you guys for all the hard work. I love Marcos. Their calzones and pizza are amazing. Plus they add a free sauce with each order. One of our go to pizza places with so many to pick from in Vegas. The delivery is always fast, and pizza is hot.

First time eating here. Ordered two medium pizzas. Philly and deluxe. They arrived room temperature 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time. These pizzas were not good. Not much flavor in the meats or sauces. Very bland and the crust was mushy. Even my 14 year old didn't like the food. Will never eat there again.
