I placed an order at Marco on Cactus And when I got there they had no record of it. The number on my phone where I call usually is the one in Cactus. I’m not sure how I got to the one on Bermuda, the girl who picked up never mentioned the location, but she had all my info. So I called them to speak with the manager who was rude and no managerial skills, I had to ask 3 times for his name. Finally he said Joseph but God knows if is true, he insulted me insinuating that I don’t know what I’m doing and he refused to listen what I have to say. He really abused me verbally. Any good manager will know how to defuse the frustration of a customer but he was attacking me. The girl who took the order, was her job to tell me what location I’m calling. She said nothing, Put me 2 times on hold. Wow never go to any location just go to the best NY pizza called Rocco in Summerlin

Finally found a new pizza place! Called for recommendations on the different crusts. Was given polite, excellent advice. Perfectly cooked, fast delivery. Perfect ratio of ingredients. Thanks to the entire team at this location. 9635 S Bermuda Rd. They nailed it again today .12/26

Update: I got a call from one of the managers Katie and she apologized for everything that happened. I really appreciated her call cause I order from this place all the time and I was super upset, but she took the time to listen to me and try to make things right despite being off. She was super sweet and attentive. So I’m updating my review cause it take a big person to take accountability for someone else’s actions and I respect that! Thank you, Katie! Look forward to my next order at your location.
Don’t order from this place at night. The cashier Cole will go off on you. Guy got a bad attitude with me asking, “who orders pizza at night?.” I told him I was ordering it cause I was hungry, the. He said, “It’s super weird to order pizza at night”…what. Then I asked why is he upset I was ordering pizza and asked was it because they were closed already. He responded by saying, “no they were not closed, but they will be closing soon and he still needs to put the cheese and stuff away.” After all his attitude I didn’t trust him not to spit in my food, so I cancelled. Won’t be eating here anymore.

Don’t ever go to this place.Waste of time waste of expectation waste of money waste of nerves.All they do is cleaning but they don’t know how to cook.Horrible atmosphere even though it’s clean.Pizza has no cheese and if it has some it’s all crusty and burned.Rhe dough is like an old pretzel.The lady who work there never be even a dime friendly everyone else lol like they are always tired and don’t give a dime either.

Omg those pepperonis are to die for ! We did the walk in special for 11 bucks and it was the best eleven bucks we've ever spent its definitely our new favorite 😍 Austin our server was super nice and made us a fresh pizza on the spot it was hot all the way to my hotel room at south point 10/10 service

I ordered a Sausage. Mushroom and Onion Pizza. I will say as did my guests it had to be the Best Pizza we ever had. No skimping on any toppings. Delicious. Keep up the wonderful work and I will be back. As will my friend's who dined with me. Price was perhaps for such great Pizza. Thanks again. You did not disappoint me.

I tried to call on my way ahead of time to place an order and was placed on hold (17 minutes)…when I arrived it was slow, 4+ employees standing around….and the phone was off the hook sitting on the counter. I left with my pizza and no one ever paid any attention to the phone….
