They must not have been happy we ordered close to closing. They hit us up with the worst pizza in the history of food delivery. We ‘were’ regular customers and paid $20 for this order. It tasted worse than it looks.

This review is strictly for POOR service. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. This is the second time my order was 1.5hr late!!! I ordered through a 3rd party delivery service but Marcos is responsible for actual delivery. The guys working there had NO CLUE what they were doing - who's delivering what pizza. They were rude and didn't bother to follow through. My pizza came extremely late and there was no compensation. BEWARE

I was hesitant to try this chain as I thought it would not be good but I was wrong. I like the pepperoni cups on the pizza they offer. The price was normal pizza chain prices. The staff was pleasant and I have no complaints overall.

A great place for pizza, we ordered a medium with pepperoni, sausage, olives, and pineapples. It was delicious and the crust was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend this location.

I think Marcos has the best pizza and toppings for the price. I always get delivery and pizza always arrives hot! I tried pick up once and had to wait 15 min past my pick up time. Overall Marcos is my favorite!

All in all I called Marcos Pizza about the mistake mentioned I was not driving all the way back to have it replaced. I just threw it away and I have pictures the gentleman that took the phone call said that I could come back and get a replacement sub but Austin who claimed he was a manager answer, the phone rudely, and said so you want me to replace a 6 inch sub because of a accident I said yes because when I called, the gentleman said it would be replaced so when I got there, my sandwich was already done. And it was cold or I should say very luck warm because It was sitting on the shelf and I should've checked it before I left, and because I didn't it was so much worse than the first one so again, I did not eat it and I was not happy with the service of the supposedly manager Austin. Has terrible customer service He and I will not go back there again because as a customer, I should not have been treated that way when you're on the phone or in person and basically told to my face that I am a liar but when I showed him the pictures and receipt and he agreed with what I said Austin still was extremely rude this was Not an experience. I ever want to have again at that store.

Pizzas are good but not always consistent from location to location. Service is usually decent but prices can vary or be grossly upcharged for toppings. I still prefer the flavors here to many other local chain pizza places.Dietary restrictions: I've ordered with no cheese before for non dairy and it's still enjoyable. Topping varieties are greatKid-friendliness: It's pizza and easy food. My nephews enjoy it.

Buffalo wings - I don't know what kind of buffalo sauce they use but this ain't it... does not hit the spot at all Deluxe pizza plus jalapeños - wasn't bad, just wasn't the great. And I should've asked for it to be well done too (I cooked it a bit longer when I got home)

I ordered a pizza on 9/9/23. I requested very light extra sauce after receiving a previous pizza with no sauce. The receipt showed double sauce and the pizza was soupy and not edible. I contacted the store and was put in touch with a Nick who told me the pizza was not actually double sauce as the receipt indicated. When I told him it was and the pizza was not edible, all he said was, "Oh, well. Sorry." Seriously? I ended up paying $30 with tip for a pizza that was not edible. I will order elsewhere from now on.

New website is confusing, difficult to use. You tried and failed!

Something has changed in the last few weeks. The food was decent as of 3-4 weeks ago, but it has gone downhill super fast and I think it may be due to their changes on their website recently. Since they did the website change I am guessing the corporate big Whigs decided to change the quality of ingredients also in order to make more profit. This never works because the food is much worse. Trying to save money like this will drive customers away. Tonight was the last order from them, the pizza lacked the flavor it had before and the texture changed. The pizza bowls were plain old nasty, cold, undercooked watery mush is what we got. Not the crispy well cooked bowls we got before. You lost a regular customer, no need to reply to this review, I will never order from here again.
