I have ordered from Marco's many times. I order from the Marco's on Ann Road and Decatur. 95% of the time fairly good for a chain Pizza place. Man, today I ordered an Extra Large Hawaiian Pizza.
This is the last time for ordering from this store or any Marco's Pizza, they have been going downhill, the last month or so.

My pizza was burnt bottom and crust not good
I will never order from this location ever again. Marcos pizza is one of my favorites but when a delivery driver shows up to my door after I had to call the store several times to be told it would be there in five minutes only for it to show up two hours after I ordered my order and it got to me cold spoke with the the manager on duty Jacob who I expressed myself on why I was told several different times that my order was on the way and how the driver was all most in tears and...read full review
