I order from Marco's on Novat St. because I liked the pizza and the wings. Food quality and service has been sliding over the last several months. Tonight was the last straw.
Ordered on the app as usual... all good. Received the usual messages. Constucting pizza, then nine minutes later it is on the way. WTH, suddenly I receive a text that my dasher will be delivering my pizza shortly when he arrives at the store. How can it be on the way when the driver hasn't arrived to the store to pick my food. Next message says my delivery arrival time will be 35 minutes away since my delivery instructions were not available. Suddenly, it all made sense. Marco's is now using Door Dash for deliveries. Tonight Marco's had lost a customer. 1) I have never used Door Dash and will never use Door Dash. 2) The wings were mostly little pieces, smaller than half of my little finger. 3) Crust was RAW since it only cooked for nine minutes. After contacting the store they tell me to bring the remaining pizza back to the store. It seems they have this problem often. I am done never to order from here again.

Our order was from pi Day, there was some mishaps with the delivery at the end of the night, but the man working that night made it happen and we got our pizza and it was delicious and we're so thankful, food is always great, service is the best! The deep dish is our fave

So this is the first time eating Marco's Pizza. I have a curiosity does the pizza come uncut for everybody or was that just something that was n't wasn't supposed to happen? Other than that the flavor of the pizzas phenomenal it's nice to get a piping hot pizza too

The guys who answer the phone are short with customers and don't offer deals. all deals and inquiries about menu items are rejected and followed by inquiries of ending the order before customer decided if he wanted any other items. Just know what you want when you call these guys they are not welcoming.

First time placing an order with a Marco's Pizza. While on extended hold they had a special on the recording that I was interested in. It was around $15. Somehow it managed to get up to $25 at time of purchase. I'm sure there would have been a tip on top of that even though it was for pickup. Probably not interested in going back anytime soon. First experience was not a good start. You know, you just get tired of nonsense, bait and switches, and not honoring what is advertised.
Now I got to look at that store every time I go to the Dollar Tree.

Super disappointed in my most recent orders. I'm a regular at this place and the past two times there were hardly any toppings on the pizza. Tonight, we ordered the triple magnifico and it only came with two kinds of pepperoni. There were no shreds. Also, I have had issues work the service, rude delivery drivers and promises from the manager of credits to my account for next time that never happened. I think I'm done giving this place my money. I only gave it two stars because once it was a good pizza place.
Staff is always great and friendly. The Philly cheese steak pizza is amazing, but the regular mushroom pizza was terrible.

Always liked Marcos its good,fast and convenient but the only reason I'd sometimes picked Dominos over them was because of the dominos jalap cheesy bread but now you guys have the inferno cheese bread ! Please dont get rid of it ?

Ordered a medium 4 topping pizza for the first time from this location by Cliff Shadows. That will be the last time. Called to talk to manager, was placed on hold and the store is tiny. It was the blandest tasting pizza despite the toppings. Sauce was scarce.
