I usually ordered from this location because the pizza was decent. But after this experience, I’m done. I ordered a Hawaiian Chicken pizza and got something completely different — BBQ sauce, no ham, no bacon. I called right away, and the employee said I’d get a refund and could come pick up a new pizza. The problem is I ordered for the office during peak tax season — we couldn’t leave. A few days later, the general manager called and said he would process the refund… but almost a week has passed and nothing. What’s worse, he didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the mistake. And the pizza they sent? Honestly, it was terrible.

West Flamingo location isn't the best!!! I walked in to a worker sitting on her phone in the lobby.I also paid for a XL sausage and when I got it I was disappointed. There wasn't enough sausage and cheese. I had to ask them to remake it with extra sausages and when I got the pizza back in my hands it looked exactly how I gave it back to them not enough meat or cheese! I was so upset because they aren't the cheapest pizza company and I expected better. Please train Marco: employeed better.

I want to give a big shoutout and thank you to Aymun (I hope I spelled his name right). I had a party at the Rio Hotel. My pizza plans fell through the day before event and I frantically searched up pizza places near the hotel. I found Marco’s pizza (I’ve always loved their pizza but it’s been a while since I lived close to one). Aymun answered and guaranteed he can take care of our party needs. He was so professional and really soothed my anxiety. Day of party, I called the store early morning- 2 hours before it opened, and he just picked everything for me and made suggestions on everything. I was super overwhelmed while preparing and I almost cried at the fact that this man made it so easy for me. Thank you, Aymun, for all your help!! We need more of you in this world. The delivery guy was also awesome. He delivered it to the party room inside the Rio. Thank you, Marco’s Pizza for saving my party!

Had the Philly and a vegetarian pizza, both really tasty, I would order again, especially if I need it to be quick and uncomplicated.
Vegetarian options: There were only one or two vegetarian dishes unfortunately.

Ordered take out. I have fallen in love with their cauliflower pizza. The gentleman that helped me with my order was very friendly when I showed up to pick it up. I think I waited about 2 minutes and it was out hot and ready as promised. Pizza was good and I appreciate his pleasant attitude.
