We went here for Lunch.We were looking for a taco place. As we were driving down Nellis we saw this food truck on the north west corner of Washington and Nellis. It caught our eye. It's a red truck with yellow writing.We were glad we stopped here. The staff was friendly and efficient. Great ceviche here ! ? nicely seasoned and pickled. I got the small ceviche but it's enough for at least two people. They included a ton of crackers, tapatio chilli ? sauce packets and lots napkins . Oh! A great amount of tostadas . I love how crunchy and salted they are made. Another thing I love is their creative menu. They have shrimp fried tacos and shrimp ramen ? I cannot wait to try that. ?
