Highly recommend this restaurant the food is deliciously amazing and very authentic. The flavors and portion sizes are well worth the price . Tortillas are homemade. We came back for the second time before heading back to California. Recommend the horchata and Jamaica . FYI if you check in via Yelp you get a free small Jamaica . Chips and salsa are good also chips aren't stale . After my first post of this place it got 2,500 more views only 1 day of posting hopefully this post will give thousands more to this hidden gem !!!!!

In an unassuming small strip mall in downtown Las Vegas, we discovered an amazing dining experience at Mariano's Playa Escondida. I had the carne asada fajitas while my wife had the fish tacos combination plate. We also ordered shrimp empanadas, which is the only flavor they had. EVERYTHING was AMAZING. The ambience and the food is truly authentic and we are definitely coming back. This place is so authentic they actually had folks coming in and play accordion and guitar.

Food Service Price Hands down this place did not disappoint...prior to coming here we made a stop at the famous Islitas...and after bein given a 1 1/2 wait we decided to go elsewhere...

We came in for a quick bite to eat when sis picked up from airport. The seafood Molcajete was yummy. Music was jamming and service was excellent.

The shrimp aguachile was super delicious, the dish is super abundant, so it's enough for 2 people without a problem, the service is fast and very friendly… 100%

Good was delicious and the services was nothing but amazing. I've considered it a hidden gem since not many know about it. If you're looking for a good time with family and friends and some good food, then this is the place for that!

The food was salty. Had to send it back, but they did not refund anything because there was no manager available. Had to pay for the 20 percent service fee they are charging for every party. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Ordered the aguachile tostada. The shrimp was good, however the plate is pretty spicy. Also ordered the ceviche micro oysters. They were okay. The seafood didn't taste as fresh as other places I've tried this dish at. I had a michelada as well and it was okay also, nothing stood out about it.
