Delicious food and great service! I didn't check my order before leaving, got home and realized they forgot one of our items. I called them and within 10 mins they had delivered the missing item to our door still piping hot! Will be coming back here for sure!

Wow, never owners or new business model. Food is absolutely horrible and this place used to be decent. You guys better figure it out fast because you are losing loyal customers.

Stumbled in here 10 minutes before closing. We were in the area and have never heard of this place so we wanted to try something new. We ordered to go since it was closing soon, but the staff were so kind and told us we are more than welcome to dine in. The Italian calzone is AMAZING!!! Seriously, the best calzone I’ve ever had! My son said the pizza was very good also. We will definitely order from here again. It’s also super cute inside if you want to dine-in. I’m glad we live close by!

We used to really love this place. It was our go-to at least once a week, but with the new ownership things just aren’t the same. They used to have the best antipasta salad in town, with perfect little wheels of ham, capicola and mozzarella. They done even make that salad anymore. Our pizza came and was totally greasy with try orange oil on top! That NEVER happened in the 10 previous years that we enjoyed food from Mark Rich’s. I don’t know what happened, but the food just isn’t good here anymore unfortunately. Time to find a new go-to pizza place in Summerlin.

Ordered 3 thick crust pizzas for my son's birthday. Picked up the pizza and opened it up and it was thin crust. I told the woman at the counter that I ordered thick crust. She stated it was thick crust and then I opened the box to show her it was thin. Then she told me they were under new management and they don't offer thick crust anymore. I told her that she should have mentioned that when I ordered thick crust and she just stared at me...no apology or anything. Thank you for disappointing my son on his birthday. Never coming back. Try being honest with people or apologizing when you fail to do the right thing ..goes a long way
