Great authentic Filipino breakfast, like my childhood breakfasts. Or like breakfast on the islands. Cutting Board is a bit pricier than other Filipino locations, but the food is the best. Atmosphere cool. And the perfect intro for those just trying out Filipino food for first time The dinner bangus great. Bone marrow is yumm, the oxtail kari Kari is great. And they have calamansi juice

Great food! A lot of choices from menu from healthy to fatty belly for your own cravings. Crispy Lumpia and Fried Rice are great!! And the Bone marrow is a must try if you dare your cholesterol levels to go up :-) but happy tummy :-)

I really wanted to like this place. I grew up eating a lot of Filipino food despite being very Caucasian. I also get great Filipino food tips from my boy Tony Milo - aka the only Filipino in Portland. The reviews had me excited. I dropped in for a beer and some lunch while in LV for work. First, the place was empty. Me and one other person in the entire place st 12:30. Not a good sign. I ordered the lumpia and a pork adobo rice bowl. The lumpia was great. The highlight by far. The beer I had tasted flat. Plus, when I ordered a second despite the first being flat, the server took my first glass even though it had an inch of beer left. Huh? Then he poured it into a small glass and refilled the pint glass. Huh? I have never seen this before. A Filipino thing? Tony Milo says “no”. The pork adobo was the real disappointment. It was almost all fat. After I trimmed the huge pieces of fat there was very little pork remaining. And what was there was flavorless. I know the dish is supposed to be tender, but not because it is made of all fat. The garlic rice on the side was mediocre. The mango side salad was flavorless. And the random green soup tasted like curry and I’m pretty sure it was not Filipino. Again, Tony Milo agreed. I love the concept and wish I could find good Filipino food back home, but this place will never survive unless I hit it on a very off day. Or they should just serve a lot of lumpia.

We found this restaurant by accident- taking a detour from a planned trip to Mt. Charleston. We took an exit off US 95 to try and grab a burger. My husband said oh look a Filipino restaurant! We both didn't hesitate and so glad we came! Service and food are superb! We live 3,000 miles away in the East Coast and coming here will be such a happy memory! If you are in Vegas, do yourself a favor and take the short drive to try something different! About a 15 minute drive from the strip. Highly recommended!

I mention the burgers, because my taste for Filipino dishes is pretty limited. But my Filipino wife and our son love it. The food looks delicious and rated very high with my family (who know). I only sampled shrimp and lumpia, but those were excellent. Nice atmosphere, good for casual family or couples. Everything is cooked FRESH, unlike many other Filipino restaurants in Los Angeles. We will eat there again!

We came here with a few friends to get some Filipino food. It was about a 20 minute ride from our hotel along The Strip to this restaurant, a little northwest. I ordered some lumpia and the beef steak, both of which were good. The beef steak came with a lot so I think it could easily be shared between two people. The service by the staff was good, too. Three of us ordered garlic rice and they brought it out in a large bowl to share; there was definitely more than 3 servings of garlic rice in there. If I'm in the mood for Filipino food the next time I'm in Vegas, I'd definitely give this place another try.

My son took us here. He and his wife really like this place. I was surprised at how much bigger it was on the inside than on the outside. It was very open and airy, too. Honestly, I'm just not a big fan of Filipino food, but everyone else in our party raved at how good everything was. The service was great. The waiter brought over some pancakes for my baby granddaughter while we were waiting for our food. They were purple! And some of the best pancakes I've ever had! Made with ube, which is a type of yam.

First time we thought of this place when we were hungry. Went a little crazy with the food. Ordered the lumpia and the roasted bone marrow to start with. Both were amazing. I had the crispy pork sisig with the garlic rice so flipping tastey! Wife ordered the pinakabit. Not the great, the shrimp paste in it throws the taste off. Waiter was very friendly and helpful. Ordered one if the souffle for dessert looked as amazing as it tasted! Looking to try more of the menu!
