Indian and South East Asians when get tired of Pizzas, Pastas Burgers on a US visit, long for some desi food. We too reached this place. They offer all what we normally eat in India. However, the taste is not what we are used to. The prices are also a bit on the higher side though portion sizes are big.

Staff behaves Rudely with customers. The guy there doesn’t have basic behavioural sense and still he thinks of himself as some kind of an American rapper. He misbehaves with every other customer at the blink of eyes.Completely unacceptable from someone who is making his livelihood by selling India’s brand name.Absolutely not recommended. It’s Better to pay a little more to go to a restaurant which can serve you with respect.

So I was tired of burgers and tacos, so decided to have a break and eat some Indian food. (I am a hardcore Indian here in US for a 3 week holiday) My meal combo looked 80% like Indian food, but when I started eating it, it wasn't even 50% Indian flavors. Probably the cook is Pakistani or Bangladeshi, or some other, but not Indian. So please don't be fooled by the Ashoka Chakra or the colours on this restaurants banner.

I ate twice at Masala Express, once during the day and once for a very late dinner. The food is pretty good, contrary to what some other reviewers have stated. Prices are comparable to hole-in-the-wall Indian restaurants in Little India in major US cities. Some other reviewers have complained about this establishment not being Indian owned/operated but that doesn't matter. You'll have a decent meal at this restaurant despite the terrible ambience.Terrrible ambience, viz.:- Bad music played over bad speakers- Their HVAC system needs a major overhaul. The fan's far too loud. It's surprising how much it hinders conversation, almost as much as music in a nightclub.- Trash on the floor. The place seems understaffed and it takes them a while to get to cleaning.

I ordered take out from this place. Wait wasn't that bad 15-20 mins (also may be coz I was there around 11pm when not that busy). I got vegetarian thali which was pretty decent, rice, naan bread, 3 curries, raita and Indian salad. So for $17 not bad at all. I saw lots of comments about food being frozen but honestly I couldn't tell until I read in the comments here. Overall I'm satisfied for the price I paid and that they were open 24hrs.

It’s ok to give it a try to have a palatable Indian food but don’t expect it to be fresh…

Nice Indian food. Open 24 hours. Loved the vegetable biryani, the portions were also generous. Must try in Las Vegas.

Do not eat here… you will regret it. In my reviews I usually talk about what it is like to go from entrance to eating the food and all the way to leaving. Entering, You see a Rajini machine and it costs 1$. Next it’s fully crowded without proper mask wearing. Tables are dirty and your expected to clean the tables yourself. The cashier in this Indian resturant was very disrespectful, and the Indian, Mexican and American Resturant was combined with the same workers. Restroom was out of order and we had no way to clean our hands or go to the restroom before eating so we ate dosa with a fork and spoon. Think twice before coming here.

Worst Indian food I ever had in my life. The place is very unhygienic. Don’t get good service or food for the amount we pay. Wait time is longer. Don’t think of ordering for “ToGo”. There won’t be enough food inside. The boxes will be literally empty. They scam you.

Be prepared to wait for an hour to get food. Food quality is not even good to wait that long. They use frozen food. Better to go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, this is one of the only Indian restaurants that is open 24x7. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I even prefer hunger over this.Very unfriendly experience at the restaurant. Extremely long waits (I was in there for almost an hour) as there are only 3-4 people working round the clock. Staff used the same gloves for a long time. Handled food, touched surfaces around the restaurant with the same gloves. Fyi, the restaurant shares space and employees with other restaurants in the same space (gloves issue still persists)It's Vegas so I assume it's a common sight, but this was my first time. I ran into many drunkards and high on weed people during my wait in the line. Passive smoking was a very common sight even for people with babies in strollers. Music is way too loud for such a small place. I ended up cancelling the order as I was afraid for my health with the overall hygiene measures employed in and around the restaurant.

Very bad food in terms indian cuisines , you have to wait long time to get your food and its not even close to indian food . There was no paneer in palak paneer . Biryani was like soggy rice pulaon . Staff is not attentive as they are running multiple businesses out there. I would not recommend this place. Located in strip but no standard.

Worst place to eat. It should be shut down for the unhygienic place and food. When i complained the waiter got really rude and said he cant do anything! Pathetic food, pathetic service and even worse management. Food is frozen and is a total waste of money!
