Fun little bar inside the Rio. Very lively when we were there for the Star Trek Convention, however, I feel like it would be fairly quiet outside of a convention being held on site. Great place to get a drink on your way to or from your room if you are in the masquerade tower!

The bartender tried to serve someone without an ID, and very obviously completely drunk. When the cops were being called he actually said "**** that, this is Vegas"
