My whole family ate here last night. My grandparents been telling me they go here every year for there anniversary and its one of their favorite places to go eat and I see why. We were greeted with excellent service. Matt took our orders and Kevin brought our food. My favorite is the bone marrow pasta and I love the teramisu desert. We all left happy and satisfied. We had a great time and would definitely come back here. Excellent food and service. You dont get good service like that a lot these days as I see why my family loves coming here.

Food is good, service is very decent, elegant, I
missed that, because too many cultures here and no etiquette at all. This place has etiquette and costumers too all look elegant . I like atmosphere and food Chocolate cake was amazing, my child was enjoying.

Definitely was quite an overwhelmingly positive experience! Waiter, Roman, was exceptional. Food was delicious and fresh. We also had the shrimp cocktail appetizer and the shrimp were jumbo and fresh! Overall - HIGHLY Recommend! Just know that it can be pricey, but worth every penny!!!

If you’re looking for authentic Italian food look no further. This family-owned gem is hands down my favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like part of the family. It’s warm, welcoming, and always greeted with a smile.

The food? Incredible. Everything is consistently top-notch. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. It’s cozy, genuine, and you can feel the pride they have in what they do. You’re not just going out for dinner, you’re having a true Italian dining experience.

Can’t recommend it enough. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

Mastrioni’s is a hidden gem in Summerlin serving classic Italian fare with a seafood twist. The homemade pastas, fresh clams, and veal dishes are consistently flavorful and generously portioned. The cozy, upscale vibe and attentive service make it perfect for date night or a relaxed dinner out. Don’t skip the tiramisu-it’s a local favorite for a reason.

My wife ate here with some of her friends last week. She suggested we try it for our anniversary. I will be the first to tell you that Italian food is not even in my top 10 dining preference. But, we decided to give it a try

The joint is an unassuming place in a strip mall. But, you walk in, and the atmosphere rivals the restaurants you find on the strip. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our server, Drew, was willing to share his favorite menu items and some off the menu favorites.

We started with the crab cakes and after one bite were quickly satisfied. For entrees, we ordered the lobster ravioli and halibut François. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, and the sauces were amazing.

I normally don't finish everything on my plate. But, I had to ask for a spoon to get every last drop of sauce!

All the staff was friendly and helpful. We even learned that the owner, chef Peter Mastriono, was from Brooklyn, NY. I said no wonder the food is so good!

If your looking for top notch food on the west side of Vegas, this is it! I hear Peter occasionally come to cook at lunch service. I hope I get to meet him and thank him for his creation.

The waiter was such a pleasure and did an amazing job. Maybe we ordered the wrong dishes. The calamari was delicious, but for me it was ok.

Mastrioni's is a spectacular Italian restaurant - one of the very best in Vegas. The decor is very posh, but not pompous, and the restaurant itself is exceptionally clean and quiet.

My wife and I sat at the bar and TJ was out waiter. He did an exceptional job of providing exceptional service. We both had the salmon picatta with the penne arrabiatta. I can assure you both plates were cleaned. A little pricey, but worth every penny. We also loved the complimentary bread we received with our meal.

We live in Henderson but will not hesitate to come back again real soon. Thank you TJ and Chef Pete for a wonderful night.

We had high hopes for this Italian restaurant but left deeply disappointed on every level.

The Food:
We ordered the Combo Oreganata (shrimp, scallops, clams, and mussels baked with bread crumbs) and the Veal Marsala (veal scaloppini with mushrooms in Marsala wine). Both dishes were oversalted, the seafood was mediocre, and the veal was unpleasantly tough—far from the quality you’d expect at these prices. Even the bread, usually a simple pleasure at Italian spots, was stale and bland.

The Service:
Our server was inattentive, spoke too quickly in a mumbled whisper, and made basic communication frustrating. Add in the wobbly table, and the experience felt careless.

The Atmosphere:
Walking in, the stark black door gave off an oddly unwelcoming, almost shady vibe—not the warm, inviting feel of a true Italian trattoria. Inside, the decor was a confusing mismatch: no romantic lighting, no rustic charm, just a few overpriced Peter Lik photographs clashing with the space. Compared to nearby gems like Vintner Grill, which oozes elegance and authenticity, this place felt cheap and disjointed.

Final Verdict:
Between the overpriced, mediocre food, lackluster service, and uninspired (even off-putting) ambiance, we won’t be back. Save your money—plenty of better Italian restaurants in the area actually deliver.

The prices are out of control, won't go back, 2 cocktails, 1 baked clams appitazier, i chop entree. $181.00 ! I'm sorry buy $181.00 for one person makes no sense at all, the chop was just ok, watery sauce, the clams were good...no salad, no dessert, $181.00 let that sink in
