I love Mastros, and I typically always order the lamb, which is typically always on point. I was definitely disappointed this time. My lamb was undercooked, yet burned in the outside. Our waiter was awesome, though.

We had a reservation at Mastros to celebrate my Wife’s 30th birthday. 3/31/24. The dinner started out great - drinks, soups and salads were really good.I ordered the ribeye medium rare. When the steak came out and I began to cut into it, to my surprise it was cooked well done. I notified our waiter right away. He agreed it was well done - he immediately said they would get a new steak started. A few minutes later our waiter returned with the newly cooked steak. As the chef and our waiter stood over my shoulder they had me cut through the middle of the steak. This time the steak was raw/blue… again they took the steak to the grill for the third and final time which they finally got it right. I have never in my life sent steak/food back, but at $82 for the steak I felt they needed to get it right…Our waiter was apologetic, I understand the cooking is out of his control but unfortunately this created an awkward feeling for remainder of our meal. By the time my steak was corrected, our group was finished with their meals so it made it difficult to enjoy. The sides and dessert we’re tasty and we enjoyed them.To my surprise when I received the bill there was no comp or discount for the steak mess up. I understand it was replaced but again it significantly impacted the flow and enjoyment of our special occasion dinner. In addition, the bill listed 2 ribeyes with the 2 crossed out in pen and then a hand written 1 next to it. This made it feel as if was my fault that they needed to correct the steak…I wanted this to be a special meal for my wife’s 30th birthday and unfortunately the miscues on the steak hindered our experience. We are frequent visitors of the Mastros brand and have reservations in AZ this month, we may be reconsider after this latest experience.

This is a good steak house, but not great. It is a typical high end steak house. They have meat and lobster. Nothing special about it at all. We spent about $500 for 3 of us and that included the tip. Their sides are the same as other restaurants in its class. Las Vegas has a lot of great restaurants experiences, this place is not one of them. Good luck on your choice

Our dining experience at Mastro's was disappointing. The waiter, bread basket, and salad were the highlights. But, my steak was very blah and so were the Brussels Sprouts. My friend also thought the same thing about her plate. This meal was too expensive to be blah. We won't be back.

I've been here about 5 times the last several years. Took my wife, daughter and her bf. The whole experience from drinks to food would be very hard to beat. Lemon Drop martini is my wife's favorite. Fun times. I will be back again.

I've been here before multiple times. The experience has also been very positive, for food, drink and service. For the latter, a group of us came here two years ago, and on this recent visit, had the same server, Nick. There are a number of really nice restaurants in Las Vegas, and this is one of them.

By far the most money I have ever spent and not gotten dinner. I ordered the bone in filet medium rare. First it came out medium well, and the second time it came out raw/blue. The manager apologized, but only offered to take the steaks off and give a free desert.Meanwhile my wife ate her fancy dinner alone and I have to go home to a frozen pizza. What a waste of $250 and a trip to the strip. Avoid this place.

Every time we're in town to celebrate a birthday we make a point to celebrate at Mastro's. Kim was our server again this visit as on our last visit. Topnotch service and food! Getting the "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate surrounding the comped, warm butter cake and ice cream with whipped cream continues to be the highlight of the experience!

I always come to Mastro's when I am in Vegas (I'm there 3-4 times a year), and I love it. My parents flew in to meet me in Vegas this time, and I thought it was a perfect time to take them to my favorite restaurant. We were seated at a big table, so we had a lot of space to spread out, and I was thrilled. I ordered an old fashion and my parents had water and Diet Coke. We ordered bread, the wedge salad and burrata salad to start. It took a while for them to bring the salads, and when they did, the wedge tasted like water. No flavor and hardly any blue cheese (dressing and crumbles). We then ordered crab legs, bone in ribeye (medium rare), creamed spinach, and Mac and cheese. I was shocked to see that a half pound was one crab leg cut in half. My steak was more medium, the spinach was over cooked, and the Mac and cheese was just okay. We ordered the butter cake to end the night... it tasted raw. The whipped cream, which is usually my favorite, tasted just like powdered sugar. I regret not saying anything while I was there, but my parents have NEVER paid that kind of money for food (I paid for the dinner), so I didn't really want to make a scene. I guess I'm just disappointed that they will likely never want to go again. We have had better wedge salads at Outback for half the price. Again, I should have said something while I was there, but I didn't want to ruin the whole evening,

Although it was not crowded, we were first offered a table half way in the birdcage and in the line of all the traffic coming in and out. We asked to move and was out in a marginally better spot. The steak was very over done. We ordered a rib eye medium and it came out uneven and well done in parts. Our waiter came about 10 minutes later, so not worth redoing, but he didn't even offer. Said he'd tell the manager. We basically had a salad and baked potato for dinner. He only offered dessert. We declined. Very disappointed they didn't remove the steak or any parts of the meal. Very sad as we go to this location at least twice a year when on Las Vegas

How do I begin. Well I'll start with the 60.00 for a dozen of the most worthless oysters I've ever had. Extremely disappointing. My ribeye had good flavor and a wonderful crust but I ordered medium and it was definitely over cooked. We also ordered the crab legs and it appeared they heated up chilled crab legs and served them as fresh. The texture was off and they tasted watered down. The bread service was really good though. One of the worst parts were the folks on both sides of us were complaining about their food and one lady actually sent here salmon back and her desert. It was just an underwhelming experience. Especially for a date night.
