A friend recommended I eat here while in town. The menu looked amazing, so I gave it a try. I would eat here every day if I could, the service was amazing, super friendly, atmosphere was great and food... well I cannot put into words how good the food was, it was more than delicious, it was fantastic!
Great breakfast
Great spot! Delicious food, $3 beers, the Denver Benedict was the bomb and the servers and bartender are super friendly!
We had a lovely breakfast at Maxie's. The classic breakfast with orange juice was delicious, the ambience was cosy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A great spot to start the day!
Fast, friendly and efficient. Everything you really want for breakfast! Coco Pebbles French toast is a must try. Worth the trip over and didn't break the bank.
I used to love this place. The food has gone downhill for sure over the past few years. Just little things like the sausage I had for breakfast now reminds me of one you’d get at a hotel free buffet type thing. Still great for a quick l bite and a fun diner atmosphere. I had the Vegas Breakfast and my GF had the avocado grilled cheese. Birth were just…Meh. Our server was quick and attentive and as I said the atmosphere is great and service was quick.
Had a layover. Caught an Uber from the airport to the restaurant today 5/27. Although the hours online via the website and on Google says they are open for breakfast lunch and dinner, the restaurant closed at 2pm not to reopen until 8am on 5/28. Unfortunately, I didn’t get an opportunity to experience the restaurant. It would have save me time and money if there website would have listed a time change. 😕
My family and I had the opportunity to dine at Maxie's for our Thanksgiving dinner, a much-anticipated meal that we were looking forward to enjoying together. However, our experience was unfortunately marred by the subpar quality of the Thanksgiving dinner special that was offered. The food that was served to us seemed to lack freshness and flavor, giving off the impression that it may have been pre-packaged or frozen. In particular, the turkey, a centerpiece of the Thanksgiving meal, was overly salty and did not meet our expectations in terms of taste and quality. While we appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism of our server, who did their best to accommodate our needs and make our dining experience enjoyable, the overall dissatisfaction with the food overshadowed any positive aspects of our visit. In light of the disappointing meal, we considered seeking an alternative dining option; however, we ultimately decided against it as it was already late in the evening and we had already started our meal. Despite being offered a complimentary dessert as a part of the Thanksgiving special, we politely declined as we did not wish to further risk disappointment. Our experience at Maxie's on Thanksgiving was far from satisfactory, leaving us with a lasting impression that we would not soon forget. As a result, I can confidently say that I would not consider dining at Maxie's again, especially for a special holiday meal.
Enjoyed. Service was great, and we all enjoyed the food.

Food was cold. Chicken and waffle with wings is an upcharge. Don't bother. It's not wings, its 1 drumette and 2 flats. The music is very loud. I was trying to have breakfast not be at a night club at 10am. $61 for 2 people

Staff were awesome. However, to put the food into prospective; Dennys/Ihop food is better. To be honest it was very low key with nothing special. Sorry….

Was waiting to eat here and had to wait 20 minutes (no problem). Got the text that our table was ready and didn't take more than 5 minutes to walk back to the host. They said we "took too long" to get back and gave our table away, when it wasn't even 5 minutes. Both the host and hostess were not friendly at all. Haven't ate a single thing and was already turned away by the horrible customer service. Do better if you give a damn about your reviews

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon around 12:30 and no wait for a table . The hostess could slow down a little and actually greet the customers and wait for them to walk with her to the table but I will say she is efficient and quick. Our server Crystal was great and attentive to refilling drinks. One of us had the Denver omelette which I don't recommend - the vegetables aren't drained enough and so there's quite a bit of water that makes it a bit mushy. We also had the Vegas breakfast and that was very good. Good selection on the TVs and nice relaxed atmosphere.
