August 8, 2025. Came a 5:20pm got seated a 5:50pm our server came at 6:02pm to take our order. Props to the Spanish lady who assist us right away when she got to work. Me and my family came first and I saw that that the server took the order of the guests that just came. I’m writing to express our disappointment with the service we received at your restaurant. The service was noticeably poor. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the staff were very slow and lacked any sense of urgency.

There was no one at the frontdesk for over 30 minutes. Several customers, including us, were waiting at the entrance with no acknowledgment or assurance that someone would assist us soon. No staff member even approached to say, “I’ll be right with you.”

Overall, our experience was very frustrating and far from what we expected. My family visiting from California was especially disappointed.

We hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service moving forward.

First time at Max’s in a long time and the food and service are all great. This is coming from Bay Area residents who last visited Max’s at South San Francisco and visited the LV location during vacation.

I loved the tiny lumpia. They gave so many. I really enjoyed the Crispy well seasoned fried chicken. Will definitely come back.

First time visiting this restaurant and I'm wondering 🤔 why I never came here before? The Punzit was so delicious, and they were even able to accommodate my dish without pork! Love this place. I'll definitely be back! Kuddos to the chef 👨‍🍳 😋

Came to Vegas and saw this spot. I’ve been craving Filipino Food. It has a cool atmosphere and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The service wasn’t the best nor the worst. It took a while for us to get seated.

We ordered the Whole Chicken with Garlic Rice, Pork Barbecue Skewers and Lechon Kawali. I did not care for the fried chicken. It tastes like the chicken we make at home so nothing special. The Lechon Kawali was really good but the Pork Barbecue Skewers were the best! I can order a bunch of skewers and be completely satisfied!

Great tasting pakbet ilocano and palabok. We had the halo-halo after. Halo-halo was great but no leche flan in it. Ube ice cream in the halo-halo was really good.

I came on a whim for lunch and ordered a bunch of food. I ordered half of the fried chicken, bulalo, pansit palabok, garlic fried rice and maja Blanca for dessert. The food tasted good it came quick as well. However the pansit palabok was lacking the sauce it was a bit dry and asked to have more sauce added, which they did. Also the maja Blanca was a little dry and too dense
