We ate here when traveling through Vegas and wanted to eat at the Strat since we were staying there. Hubby had a porterhouse steak and it was so juicy and tender. I had the short ribs and they were absolutely delicious. So tender I didn't even need a knife. While the food and ambiance were amazing what really made the meal memorable was our server Anya. She was an absolute delight. So personable and friendly. She made helpful suggestions. She met our needs before we were even aware of them Cannot recommend this place highly enough . Truly a hidden gem

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this place truly earned it. I came here for my birthday as the menu and photos of the food looked great...after I experienced the food for myself, I was sadly disappointed. We started off with drinks and those were fine. We skipped appetizers as they seemed less of a starter and more like meals. We ordered the filet and ribeye. I had the $48 filet that came out burnt, severely under-seasoned, and easily the worst steak I've ever had. The server asked if we were enjoying our food and it was honestly so bad that I asked her if she's ever had their steak. She couldn't tell me an honest answer and asked why and I told her the truth. She mentioned they “only season with salt and pepper,” which explains a lot — but at that price point, that's just unacceptable. She offered to get me a new steak but the ribeye was just as bad but not as dried out. The server seemed to be surprised but unsure of what to do so she offered me A1....for a center cut filet. I accepted it as much as I didn't want to just to try to salvage the steak and not be wasteful. The garlic Parmesan fries were decent (the only redeeming part of the meal), and the cornbread was mediocre at best. The corn on the cob was a complete joke — it arrived dried out, with zero toppings or flavor. The server described it like it was street corn style with mayo and cheese. Definitely not what was described on the menu and it was not “street corn” style either. Highly recommend avoiding it. We also did not care for there overly buttery balloon bread so we asked for a side of the corn bread and they also weren't worth the money. I can make better quality at home. Our server was kind, but forgetful, and despite the restaurant not being busy, the food took far too long to come out. Between the burnt steak, bland flavors, and disappointing sides, I left frustrated and hungry. Save your money and go literally anywhere else for a good meal.

Service was excellent had the St. Louis ribs and the sauce was delicious but the ribs were a little tough I enjoyed it overall I would go back again

My service was great, but the food was awful and not seasoned. Everything tastes bland, including the butter that they put on the bread. I paid almost $200 for the most disgusting food I ever had in my life. What was crazy is I ordered a steak and they asked if I wanted steak sauce, I originally said no because I have never met a steak that needed it, but then I tasted it and it was disgusting so I ordered some. They charged me two dollars just for a little cup of sauce. Do not recommend.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The fried ribs appetizer was crispy and flavorful. My short ribs were absolutely delicious! It was definitely a good value for the money. I would definitely eat here again!

We enjoyed the Labor Day special of a 22 oz porterhouse steak and brownie dessert. We also arrived before 6 pm, so we were able to get the 2 for 1 happy hour drink special. All of the food was cooked to perfection. Our server, Richard, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Overall, this dinner was a great experience. I highly recommend McCall's!

Our server, Richard, was exceptional. He was very personable, pleasant & very accommodating. Our dinner, the BBQ Platter, was very delicious, but a little on the dry side. We definitely recommend McCall's for a romantic dinner out.

My lobster tail was extremely tough I decided to just throw it away and eat my Mac and Cheese which was actually delicious in my opinion . It was just a bummer I chose to try a different restaurant in the hotel today and I should have just stuck with where I have been eating.
