We are in Vegas for a youth softball tournament, family of 4. This McDonalds is close to our hotel so perfect for early morning games. We don’t eat pork and no joke, asking for a breakfast food at McDonald’s without pork is such a cluster. EVERY McDonald’s, not just this one. Anyway, we get our order and check, things look good but as we’re driving away I realize there are TWO napkins. 2 orders of pancakes, 6 hashbrowns, 2 breakfast sandwiches and we get TWO napkins. Whatever, headed to Starbucks next and get some there. 2nd day (last day I’ll ever go to this location) we order the same thing and NO napkins so I get out and walk in. It takes me 2 minutes to get someone to hand me some napkins. There are 2 employees in the dining area - dealing with a homeless person but one of them could have grabbed some napkins for me. The homeless guy wasn’t even being confrontational/physical so it’s not like 1 couldn’t handle it. Plus there was a male guest helping. Anyway - we drive away, start eating our food and the breakfast “sandwiches” are a biscuit and cheese. NO EGGS!! Come on - why is it so hard to understand egg and cheese only sandwich?!?! Also worth adding, both days we were asked to pull forward and wait in the lot so we don’t ruin their drive thru times.
Their receipts are crap to so I had to look up the address to leave this review.

Ordered food late night at around 3 in the morning on Uber Eats, wait an hour for my driver to tell me they’re not serving my order because they refuse to make it as when they went to pick it up it was about to be switched from lunch to breakfast, as an ex worker I know we don’t stay breakfast until later, waited an hour for basically nothing and when I called to ask why they refuse to take my order they tried telling me about when they change their breakfast items after id reminded them id still ordered during lunch time he just lied and told me he didn’t even have my order in the system smh

Worst customer service!! Guy in drive thru didn’t want to take the code from the app and got an attitude when I told him I wanted to use it. Also would tell me not allowed to make a burger a meal…what!!!!! When I told him to cancel my order he screamed out BYE!! Rude rude rude!!

I asked for a mc double no onion or mustard. 1st time it came with onions, 2 time no ketchup or pickles were added was plain. 3rd time no pickles. 4th time they added in the same mc double the pickles on the bottom and did not made a fresh one at all. Bad customer service experience.

Very upset that the sausage egg and cheese biscuit no longer exist. McDonalds will no longer sell item with cheese included. I had to pay $1.00 extra for cheese. So there special of 2 for $5 is baloney because it should really say 2 for $7!

Well, the service is very bad, everything is updated but there are people who do not know how to do their orders with the machines and there is no staff to help or explain how to do it 🤷
