Cashier was rude after telling her I didn't hear her. She stated "I said it loud enough." I asked for her supervisor. The supervisor found it necessary to defend her actions and interrupted me multiple times while I was talking. Luckily I was able to identify that the supervisor didn't have any de-escalation skills so I ended the conversation. To management: train your supervisors better. They defend their staff to upper management, not to the customer. Defending them to the customer only escalates a situation. With the pandemic, loss of jobs, holiday stress, and civil unrest individuals in those types of positions need to understand why de-escalation techniques are so important. There are "active shooter" courses out there that would be extremely beneficial to your supervisors and employees in general.

At least 6 people working and it's the slowest McD I've ever seen AND the food was horrible even by McD standards, somebody from corporate needs to seriously analyze why this location is so bad

Worst McDonald ever. The workers are very rude. I've encountered 2 since I've been there. One lady thought I honked at her when there's obvious traffic right next to the intercom and yelled at me to shut up and then gave me a free drink and apologized atleast. The second encounter the lady was rude as well and got mad when I told her I had 3 meals and didn't give me a drink to one of them. She gave me a rude smirk and gave me unflavored sprite. Just straight bubbles with water: like are you f****** kidding me? Rude ! I won't be going back

Okay now Im not going to say the Location but I will say I found a box cutter in my kids happy meal.Now I talked to head quarters and made it very clear that its not okay.Just look on your bag or box 1st please.Just in case some people think Im making it up.The person I talked to said it was their cutter it even has the ID # on it.

I wish I could give "zero" stars. McDonald's if you truly value your customers, you need to make sure your managers know how to treat their staff and customers. The manager whose name starts with an "M" is unprofessional and constantly humiliating employees in front of customers. This is known as a "hostile" work environment. You need to fix it! I will never recommend this location. Get your sh_t together!

The manager here is a piece of s**** Whenever I come to this McDonald's I enjoy the service, the cashiers are super friendly. I came today, which is Sunday and they were super busy but nice as always. So while I was waiting for my order, the manager (he wasn't wearing a nametag, otherwise I'd put that m*********** on blast, but he was middle aged, probably in his 40s and looked Hispanic), told the cashiers outloud "I need someone to grab the trash, sweep and mop!!! That goes for YOU THREE TOO". I know as a manager he has to keep the rest of the employees moving but this guy said that with NO respect and SUPER loud. That was humiliating for the employees who were EACH working hard to take everyone's orders. I just put a shocked face on and looked around like what the f*** just happened, and I noticed that one of the female cashiers made eye contact with me, shook her head and mouthed "I know", when I got my order I just mouthed back "good luck". A manager is supposed to uplift his employees and help them. This fucker was just handing out orders to the customers and giving out orders to the rest of the staff. I just saw the chunkier guy (he's usually there and is SOSOSO sweet) who's a cashier pull up the trash and take it out when there was a LONG a** line. This manager is a no. I'm not sure why they changed the other manager or if they rotate them but this guy is an a******* I'm not even sure how he got to being a manager. I hope the rest of the staff quits and finds a better job or switches McDonalds because that's b******* that shouldn't be tolerated.

Dont expect anything to be fresh. And forget about having your fries fully cooked. I work in this mall, and order often as a last resort. I will no longer be going there. Not once, but SIX times in a row over the last 2 months I have recieved undercooked fries. Oily, cold, floppy and disgusting without fail.

I work in the Mall and often come to this McDonalds before work, usually around 9:15 am. They are NEVER prepared to serve. There is always something wrong.....either the frappe machine is down for maintenance(cleaning), or they have run out of some ingredients, etc. Shouldn't they make sure the place is operational BEFORE they open for business?? Poor management at this location!!!

It says on Google they're opened till 10 when I went to order something I stood there for 5 minutes just for them to say they're closed. They need to get their sh*t together.
