We stay at the Strat 4-6 times a year… every visit! McDonald’s here is the worst.

Slow service, items are always wrong, fries are undercooked and over salted. Drinks and never right unless you fill your own. Be careful, half the time the fountain is empty on syrup. Can’t even order a cheese burger with no pickle… it’ll be wrong. More than half the time, buns are hard, not fresh. You will NOT be served by an employee, you MUST use the kiosk. Dont even think of getting an ice cream or McFlurry… it’ll come out plain with vanilla.

This place is a joke… only reason why it’s still here, it pays the Strat to stay here… no other reason.

Oh, and half the menu is marked out of stock - even though it’s a basic item.

Avoid at all cost. Carl’s Jr is a walk across the street. Plus a few other options a couple blocks away.

Absolutely no delivery from this location, don’t even try… don’t trust the app. They won’t deliver to your room.

We bought QUARTER POUND BUGER it was so freaking GREASY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this place again. Really bad service!!!!!!!!

They were very busy on a Saturday night (technically Sunday at 1:45am). I ordered 3 small sandwiches, fries, and 4 gold sauces, with the app, and the food was ready 20 minutes later. The quality of the food was fine. The chicken tasted freshly made. Some employees failed to pay attention to the order. They didn't put the sauces in the bag, so I had to go back to the counter. An employee put 1 gold sauce in the bag and walked away, so I had to wait longer for another employee to give the rest of the sauces.

There were only a couple people waiting for orders Sunday night. My food was made pretty quick, but this time the quality was bad. The Hot 'n Spicy patty was stale, and the Deluxe Quarter Pounder was disappointing. There wasn't enough lettuce or tomato, there was too much onions and mayo, and it was missing ketchup and mustard.

It was super convenient for my friends and I cause the McDonald’s is inside the hotel. It’s open 24/7 as well so it makes life super easy cause u don’t have to go out to find food. Easy fast service

Ordered like 20 times from here, they forgot my hashbrown once and once the burritos were a little old, but over all this place was a normal Macdonalds 🙃 😅

This was the worst place to dine in, no wonder they do not have a lot customers. Very rude staff, manager should closed this location.

I ordered a big mac here at strat mcdonalds and both patties were pink and raw inside, I did eat some of it before I noticed and did get fairly sick for a day, I would avoid there’s a Carls Jr across the street

I don't know what language these people speak but in english, table service means you bring the food to the table. I placed my order in the app using the table service option. I entered in my table number we paid for my order. After 20 minutes I had to go up front and ask what was going on. The woman said that she had been calling my number. There's no way to hear those people when you're in the back of the restaurant. Not to mention, that would be counterservice which I chose not to do. I chose to have table service. Apparently table service means counter service and counter service means counter service it's all bad service. Just know what you're getting yourself into if it don't expect to have your food brought to your table like every other McDonald's restaurant does.
