Ordered my food 19 minutes ago, they have gotten it wrong 3 times and have given me really dirty food.
The staff has absolutely no customer service skills and ignores the front counter and all the people with concerns about their order. While waiting for my order to be corrected TWICE I watched them mess up 3 different people's orders.

A cheaper alternative to the one off of the strip. One of the least favorable corners to have to stop at due to the high crime rate and countless homeless people running the atmosphere over there every day. At least most of the people in the adjacent terribles are pretty friendly with great customer service to make up for the lack luster environment.

Went too drive through had 2 lane the attendant took the person in outher lane I should have been next outher cars pull up and were orders were taken I had too wait the food was old cold was not satisfied

This is not from McDonald's in the United States. This is a purple milkshake we made ourselves. We made it from the materials we watched on YouTube. Don't complain about us.

Worst Store ever. I have giving them several chances, but I have been reminded to always check my order, because majority of the time, something is missing. God for bid you go thru GraveYard drive thru. Your getting old food. I even had to drive thru twice on my online order because no one answered the 1st time!!!! I got a burger with a dry old pattie & missing pickles. Nuggets with no sauce(that i orderd!!!) Try enjoying your nuggets when they forget the dipping sauce. ITS WORTH DRIVING TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!! AS a child I had great memories of getting food from McDonald's!! It's just not the same anymore ? there other burger place that actually care about your HAPPINESS!!!!! I don't see how someone can look you in the face & serve you something they wouldn't want???????????

Left the hospital where my son has a tube down his throat in the icu went here to get 6 sausage mc muffins at 1024 I did not recieve my food till 1047
Waited for the receipt when paying just to be told it would be at the next window. Did not get the receipt because I was immediately told to go around the corner to wait. Got my food and realized the fries were cold. Went in to complain about the fries and get fresh ones, just to be ignored. Workers looked right in my face and kept doing what they were doing. Someone had to be told to see what I wanted. Finally started to eat my food, it was so greasy the bread was soggy and the meat was under cooked. And they messed up both quarter pounders even though I had to wait. 1 was supposed to be with bacon no onions. 1 was supposed to have no onions or pickles. Both were made the same way, regular quarter pounders with no onion even though they were both marked with bacon (still wrong). Fries tasted weird to me. Ended up throwing it all away. It's also attached to a gas station.

Very slow and rude service. The food was sloppy and my drink was not full despite having to wait 15 minutes for my order. The store also looked a mess. Definitely will not be back to this location.

The staff ignored customers. I am standing there saying, "Excuse me" for 5 times just for napkins. One of the staff on the phone. The customer dropped their drink and floor been like that for all the time that we sit and eat there(at least 45 mins). The stuff look like they dont really want to work there, their face not look so much to welcome any customer. The registration did not have enough changes, and they asked me to go ask the gas station.

Had breakfast... It was fast, hot and delivered to me at my table. It was reasonably priced too. For a blended McCafe drink, two sausage McMuffin with cheese and a hash brown was less than $12.
