Me and my daughter came through and got a grinch box and they didn’t add socks I called and they said they are low on socks and then they said they haven’t packed up any grinch boxes at all, I told them I had a receipt and can prove I purchased one, she then said they can’t replace them because they are low , what do you mean I never got any !!! But I will be contacting cooperate ..

Worst staff. Pulled up as the only car. 11:40pm 11/6/2025. Was told to wait a minute. Another car pull in the drive thru and took there order before mine. Had a bad attitude at the window like I was a problem for showing up to your business. I will never go back and I will be looking into who the franchise owner and avoid ALL THEIR LOCATIONS. This location has been bad for the 8 years I lived near it. Food never makes up for it either. The whole place terrible experience all around. Should not even be allowed to hold the MCDONALDS name you are killing their brand.
Also no way they have a 3.5 star legitimately.

Crystal the nightshift manager has a terrible attitude and poor customer service. I will never visit this location ever again. For her to be a manager she needs to be properly trained on customer service. She closed the window iny face and gave me attitude for no reason. Again I don't recommend anyone visiting this location.

It's a McDonald's! You pretty much know what to expect . MCDONALD'S hasn't really changed in years! It's the same McDonald's wherever you gi. The food doesn't change. The v kids have always loved to ho to McDonald's! Go and have some good Ole McDonald's fun!

I am not a huge fan of fast food or McDonald's. There's a time and place, but it's rare for me.
Today after a long day at work, my girlfriend specifically asked for McDonald's on my way home. I didn't want to go, but I did.
While I was ordering, it felt like the gentleman I was talking to had never taken an order. He kept talking while I was talking. I was trying to explain my order and he would ask questions before I could finish. I had a long day at work and I started to get frustrated.
When I pulled up to the window, I waited 8 or 9 mins. Longer than usual. No big deal. Finally, my turn to grab food. A woman I assume was Hispanic with a septum piercing helped me and she was nice and kind and obviously cared about her job and customers.
My fries were hot. Not just hot, but fresh. My drink was cold. My hamburgers were made with the modifications I ask for. I asked for sauce, she said it was in the bag. I told her I looked and didn't see it and she gave me more. She wasn't rude. She didn't argue.
I worked at McDonald's for half a year. I want to tell you this is the freshest food I've ever had there in my life. It was worth the wait. Her trying to make me happy even though I may have been difficult made me feel like they cared.
I don't think I've ever eaten here before as a Las Vegas local, but I will be back. My experience was amazing and made my entire night better.
