Came here once and so disappointed the food taste so dam old and they didn’t even make my food right I ordered the daily double and got a cheeseburger! I called and the person who answered was so rude getting mad at me because they didn’t make my food right? They didnt put napkins in my bag or my sauce!!!! They dont have any type of customer service!

Would give zero stars if I can, went late night around 12 AM ordered chocolate chip cookies , and $5 bags. When I get my food, I checked the bag and I noticed that my cookies were cold and I asked them to make them fresh fresh when I pulled up initially. When I told the guy, he said “that’s how they come”. How does fresh cookies come out cold? The worker was a young white male with a blonde ponytail, he tried to argue me down that the cookies were fresh when they were cold instead of asking to remake them. Then the fries that came with the meal were not hot at all. The workers were in the back horse playing. The worker had bad customer service! Will not be coming back to this one late at night ever again.

The workers almost never clean the tables if you want to eat in you have to eat at a dirty table the service is really poor 9x outta 10 they don’t give you the correct order or there is a guarantee that something from your bag is missing and this McDonald’s is EXTREMELY bias (to kids/ teens in specific) I do understand that not everyone’s kids have the proper home training but because other kids where doing something not sure what the worker goes to tell everyone (kids only) that we had to leave due to being inside for over 30 min

Mngr was a lil snotty. My drive thru time was 15 minutes on a sunday around 1145 am. When I questioned my total being wrong and my order not being complete she rolled her eyes and handed me my sauces I requested.

I do not recommend this McDonald's. They make their wait way too long for their order. One night I went to pick up an order, and they asked me to park out front, and they would bring my order out to me. I waited out front for almost 15 to 20 minutes, and I went back through the drive thru, only to be told that they were almost done, and proceeded to ask me to wait out front again. Long story short I ended up cancelling my order for which I tried to get a refund, but they flat out refused to refund me my money. Luckily my bank got me my money, and I never went back to that McDonald's again. I wish I was their Store Manager, because I definitely would terminate an entire shift, and properly train my staff. I believe in hard work, awesome customer service, and proper training. You don't just throw people too the wolves, and hope they succeed. You're just asking for your staff to fail.

Ok it's 1/10/2025. I am no longer fling to this location. I just recently received a new debit card and the first and only place I used it was mcdonald's drive thru and the next day lo and behold I got 2 charges. 1 was for Uber for 9.99 and the other was for McDonald's mcCaffe auto renewal $149.99! I had to order another card! This is ridiculous, you need to watch your employees!!
