the manager Karen & District Manager Roberto are unprofessional and even dismissive of poor behavior towards the customers. Karen herself used a derogative name towards my biracial son. Then denied it Robert who was not present to hear her disrespect was supportive of her disgusting behavior & all he said was "I'm sorry, but it's not true".
they called my son.. El Negro!!!! inappropriate. PERIOD!!!
La peor y más prepotente manager o supervisora que a pasado por ahí ,se dirige a los clientes con muy mala actitud ,prepotencia fatal customer service el turno de la mañana .por muchos años siempre iba ahí ,con el cambio k a tenido perderán muchos clientes por su mal actitud y servicio ,los trabajadores se les nota en su cara que trabajan con miedo y bajo presión .de esa mujer k tan mala actitud demuestra a todos ,el puesto se le subió a la cabeza .

This location did not mess my or my wife's order, and food was fresh and hot, services was fast. The only reason I'm putting a 4star, second window did not read back our order to us. On overall experience I'm really impressed because out of all locations though out several states ever been to my order is has always been messed up or impolite staff and I am to the point that any restaurant not just McDonald's (most of the time it is a McDonald's) that if they screw up my order...read full review

McDonald's is a typical fast-food chain with a convenient drive-thru service. The food is great, and the employees are absolutely great. The daytime employees, in particular, are awesome. They’re patient, kind, and just genuinely good at their jobs. This location is always a pleasure to visit. The customer service needs improvement, but this location is always a pleasure to visit. The food is great, but the dining area can be chaotic, with a not-so-impressive play place for kids. Be prepared for some issues with customized orders and coupons. Despite some challenges, exceptional service from staff can make a big difference in the customer experience.
