My bf and myself ordered food yesterday idk but every other time we order here I get sick. Then if they know you ordered with the app and get an free fry they make it cold and old.

This McDonald's location is hands down the best McDonald's I’ve ever been to. The service here is actually excellent—which, let’s be honest, isn’t always the case with fast food. And I would know—I probably eat McDonald's every day (guilty pleasure, lol).
The daytime employees, in particular, are awesome. They’re patient, kind, and just genuinely good at their jobs. It’s refreshing to see a fast-food team that isn’t rushing people or acting like they’d rather be anywhere else. Honestly, it makes the whole experience that much better.
So yeah, 5 stars from me—no question!

First time visiting the restaurant. Cashier need to open the bathrooms. And the bathrooms were dirty. We ordered 3 cups of ice cream with no cone and they still gave us a cone When lady was making them we tried to stop her by getting her attention but she ignored us, and she delivered the ice cream cup with the cone, when we ask with no cone after getting the ice cream, we explained to them that we did not want it the cones .We just wanted the ice cream in a cup, they made it into a big deal that we just left kids weren't really upset about it .😡

This location is not even the closest one to my home. I no longer visit the one closest to my home. The food is NEVER fresh and the customer service needs improvement. However, this location is always a pleasure to visit. My order is always correct, fresh, and the employees are absolutely great. I hope the crew knows that they are going a great job and is apprishated!!!

The staff is very rude and disrespectful and very much racist individuals I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN ….
This place it a good place to bring your kids ,it has a playground and there is seating where the playground ,is so parents can sit and wait for there kids are done playing . The staff are really nice and friendly .

Pick-up order was hot and waiting for me when I arrived. Accidentally lost my order number, but a staff member was attentive and noticed me looking at my phone, and found it for me. There are no complaints with this location thus far. It's my second time coming here.
Word of caution:
The entrance and location are in an awkward position, however. It's directly on the corner of Desert Inn and McLeod -- so have two-way entry and exit points on both ends. Along with people parking and going to the drive thru. It's also the entrance to a shopping center, so be cautious when arriving!
