9:30pm and they refuse to serve us or the others walking up even though they are 24 hour location. My guess is they’re lazy. Maybe the manager wasn’t there and they played instead. No signage saying they closed anywhere and we walked from our hotel based on their reported hours.

Went in drive thru.. a computer asked if we were going to use the mobile app.. we said no..then silence.. no one was there.. drove up to the window knocked loudly.. no answer.. the coffee pot was full and the water on the hand sink was running.. but no one was there!! Tried it again.. same results..

This is the worst location to ever order from, I never ever chose this location but unfortunately they were the only ones showing. They ALWAYS never ever send out your full orders, They left out all fries and drinks last week. I don't get why they charge for sauce if they don't even give it to you. Not even with your nuggets that require it. The can't even make your food if you add any instructions, because then the forget what should already be on a double cheeseburger like onions. I wouldn't be writing this if it was only one time here and there, But it is has been with ever single order i've ever placed. Like at this point re evaluate your staff, laziness will cost mcdonald's more money. Even through the drive through, they still mess up.
